The hotel was once quite good, but it is already in need of renovation!!! Plumbing is leaking (the drain of the sewer hose does not hold- they inserted it themselves - vomited), dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom (leak). Apart from shower gel, there are no hygiene products!!! Even soap!
The towels are already completely washed. Furniture is dead(

I stayed at this hotel from May 20th to 31st. The red price for this hotel is 40 thousand rubles for 10 nights, I bought this tour for 6 months. before departure for 62 tons .., now this ticket costs 20 thousand more expensive. Prices for hotels in Turkey have increased very, very much, and only for Russians.
The hotel itself is not bad, about Vedata..of course, we suffered during check-in, we arrived at 3 o'clock. before check-in, the plane was delayed for 4 hours, we did not sleep at night...but God

There is nothing in cafes, in the coastal zone except alcohol and ice cream with juices, there is no music anywhere. I used to rest in Kemer, Alanya, Marmaris, so there is something to compare it with.

Stayed for 4 nights in September.
I was afraid of what was written below and on the tripadvisor, as a result, everything is much better than expected.
Vedat is a pleasant Turk who makes contact without any problems. The room is nice, with a fresh renovation.
The location is great.
In general, there are no complaints, for its price it is quite decent. For singles, it's generally super. But with children or a couple, it's not really suitable.
The breakfast is average, without frills. It is hardly appropriate to take it additionally, but it is worth a penny.

Location, beach, beautiful promenade, many shops nearby, accessibility of bus trips in any direction, while quiet, cozy atmosphere, delicious cuisine, cleanliness, friendly staff. We had a rest in the period from 28.03-04.04.2023. They put us in room 208, a room with bedbugs. After the complaint, we were moved to another room. The plumbing is in poor condition. The toilet is wobbly. We had tea and coffee for free for 6 days for dinner, and money was charged for 7 days without warning. When there were early excursions or we left for the airport, we asked for breakfast with us, but we never gave it, although the administrator promised all the time in the evening. And so the sea is nearby, a 5-minute walk.

For a 2*, a fairly normal hotel at a low price. There is an inaccuracy in the description of the hotel: the beach is not private but urban. Sun beds for an additional fee, of course. They do not give beach towels, which is also natural, because it is 2 * and not ALL. The breakfasts were very modest, but, oddly enough, no one complained about hunger. Dinners are always freshly prepared and delicious, mostly poultry for the second course. There are no lunches. Refrigerator, small, for an additional fee. Wi-Fi in the rooms is weak, the reception is good.
The room stock is quite old, but the beds and pillows are comfortable.
If there are available rooms, you can stay for an additional fee after 12 hours on the day of departure, but it is worth haggling with Vedat, because he will set you the price for almost a day. But he is an adequate person and if you tell him your adequate price, he will make concessions to you.
Summary: for a small price, there should be small claims. The main thing is that you will have a roof over your head with a private bathroom, air conditioning, food and free Internet, within walking distance from the sea.
If you need good food, entertainment, excellent and spacious rooms, free sun beds, as well as an additional set of services, then you definitely are not here. But the price for a set of services will be several times higher.

The Benna hotel was pleased with the homely atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, the furniture is certainly not new, but it is quite comfortable, suitable for two stars.cleaning was done every day, towels were changed.Breakfast is buffet style, dinner is continental.but during the seven days of stay, the menu was never repeated, which pleased me.the service is fast.The owner speaks Russian well, you can find out any information about the city.The beach is a five-minute walk away, urban, pebble Sea is beautiful!!!All shops and buses are within walking distance, but the area is very quiet, I slept well.There are many places from this area where you can take a bus on your own and see, take a walk.There is a wonderful embankment nearby.We were satisfied with the hotel, the price and the quality of service!!!!

Great hotel. The renovation is fresh, the furniture is old, but quite decent and comfortable! Hot water all day long. The air conditioner is working. There is a small balcony. The room also has a refrigerator, a TV (old) and a hairdryer. Everything works. Breakfast is always the same. If you rest for a long time, it gets boring. Dinner, which can be purchased separately if you are not traveling on a voucher, is very tasty and always different. They clean it every day.

There was always Wi-Fi in the room in the morning, sometimes at lunch and in the evening. There was an Internet connection at the reception.
Upon arrival, we were offered breakfast for payment. There are no complaints here, because check-in is in the middle of the day. But, at the check-out before breakfast, no dry food was offered. I would like the integrity of the owner in everything.
The condition of the room is three-fold (a 25cm kinescope TV, the remote control is broken, water flows into the toilet from the barrel for several hours, then it can stop, there is no watering can in the shower).
The location of the hotel suited us quite well - it is close to the sea and shops, a quiet place.
This is the first 3-star hotel I've been to. So I can't make a comparison.
