Well, to be honest, I'm shocked by this service. By the way, the phone was given 2 weeks ago. Phone: iPhone 10. I handed over the phone so that it could be cleaned from the dust that had accumulated in the phone. The specific problem was that there was dust under the camera, there was a bad sound when shooting video and the volume up button was pressed badly. The fact that I would arrive was agreed upon approximately 5 hours before arrival. They said on the phone that everything would be done in about 30 minutes and would cost 30 rubles. I came to the service and explained the whole situation in more detail. They immediately began to ask if it had been repaired somewhere, etc. They immediately said that I was missing TrueTone. It's not clear why they told me this if I came to clean my phone. Initially, I was going to stay at their office, but later I had to leave. No one met the promised 30 minutes. I left my phone number and left. 1.5 hours later, a phone call arrives and the divorce begins: your phone is a Chinese ref, everything has been changed, etc. Again, what difference does it make if I came to clean my phone? Then they asked who and when the iPhone was bought. Regarding the button, they said that when the phone was disassembled, the masters forgot to put a bracket on the button and now it does not work well (other masters forgot). They offered to put it on for 20 rubles, which I agreed to. Then they began to overwrite that it was necessary to change the microphone cable that goes to the main camera. They said that they would replace it and if the problem did not go away, then they would not have to pay. I refused this and agreed only to the bracket. They said to wait for about another hour. I arrived a little earlier and the phone was ready. BUT: as soon as I pick up the phone and turn it upside down with the camera, it turns out that in 3 hours they did not even clean the phone from dust. The answer to this question just killed: - We considered that it is not advisable, because it is necessary to change the module. That is, initially I came to clean the phone from dust, but instead of doing the specified work, they did not clean it and counted the repair of the phone for a large amount. After that, I got angry and they offered not to pay for the bracket that was installed. Bottom line: they are trying to deceive you as much as possible, saying that your phone was rebuilt by the Chinese, and after all, you will not check it. Imagine such a situation, you repair the phone for half the price of the phone itself, it dies, you bring it under warranty. You are told that your battery has shorted out there, this is your button, and so on. In fact, there is no guarantee in this service. That's what they told me. I think, okay, I'll at least go get my brick. That's it, I took it, I come home, I look. They also remove your original spare parts from the bricks. I'm calling, oh, it's our master who forgot to put the camera back, oh, oh, oh. There's no point in shooting a camera there. It is necessary to additionally remove 4 screws. If I hadn't called, they would have kept it. This is already theft, guys, you need to be bored by the courts, allegedly you have problems with the bank and you cannot connect the terminal for card payment. So in the end they didn't give me my camera with a bent train at all. The prices are very high, there are no guarantees. No one offered a replacement phone. I waited 2 weeks for an "urgent" repair. 1 out of 5 is very overpriced. Think for yourself. I'm sure most of the reviews are screwed up here. And don't unsubscribe to me here, like it's not our fault, it's your phone. As a result, he brought a work phone with nfc, took it away almost dead without nfc. No one said a word to me before the repair, after the repair, that there would be no NSF, but that's still okay. The master lomaster was not convinced that the device was working correctly. When I took him away, he was lagging all over, this is a sure step towards the fact that some kind of power supply chain is in the short circuit.
