A great guest house. Nice rooms, elegant kitchen, washing machine and iron for free. It's all clear. There is no parking, but we had no problems leaving the car on the street. There was always a place. The Pyaterochka type store is opposite, the market behind the house, the Turkish cafe Chegem, the pharmacy - everything is nearby. The sea is 2 steps away.

Great house! Good hosts. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. nice view from the balcony and 5 minutes to the sea. There are many shops, cafes, and a market nearby. Only the address is not correct . House 39. 🤗 "Shore of Dreams". 👍

We had a rest in October 2022.
Nice mini hotel. Close to the sea (pharmacies, canteen, market, shops) within walking distance. But it is quite noisy (this should be taken into account if you want to relax in silence)

Excellent value for money, very friendly.administrator Alla , spacious kitchen = dining room , with panoramic glazing, everything is nearby, within walking distance. We will definitely settle here if we come to Abkhazia again.

We had a rest in 2018. The best hotel! Very kind hosts! The location is very convenient. It is possible both with children and without children. The most beautiful view is from the veranda -kitchen on the 5th floor to the mountains and the sea. We will definitely go there only in 2020. I recommend it!

The place is great, I vacationed with my sister in 2016. The hosts are very good. Free Wi-Fi air conditioning. There are a lot of cafes in the neighborhood. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea slowly.
