The qualification level of the waiters is a little lame, it would not hurt to send them to advanced training courses. Well, the percentage for mediocre service is, of course, overstated. 15 percent of the check amount is too much.

Faced with an unpleasant situation, a terrible impression from the staff. I was there for the last time a couple of years ago, I don't go anymore... The waiter for 4 people brought hot ones, I forgot one, apparently because they don't repeat the order. The menu didn't say anything about percentages. We brought the bill, so +15%, we are not a banquet of 4 people.. I went to the bar, where our waiter and the administrator were, and asked what your service percentage was, and they answered 10 and 15 at the same time. As a result, it was counted as 15.. And with these dishes, it was also uncomfortable in front of the guests. Fortunately, it was delicious, there are no complaints about the cook. By the way, we wrote to the complaint book about this situation, but we were not contacted..

Compote or mors (I don't remember exactly) It was delicious. The grub is very weak. It feels like we took the broth from the borscht and added the ingredients of the Kharcho. The mashed potatoes were delicious. The chicken kebab is just terrible... I sent the order back almost in full. I had digestive problems after visiting this place.

Cafe Bereke went to lunch with her husband, ordered soup, 150 grams of vodka, a glass of mors, bread (I had to take a basket because they don't bring pieces). Waiting for 30-35 minutes, the portions are large, delicious, but very expensive, + 15% service. This begs the question - for what? Where do these prices come from? There is no Wi-fi.
