The advantages are the presence of shops near the part. Thank you. Of the minuses, this is a broken road near all these shops, the absence of irrigation ditches, hence puddles.. there are a lot of goods in the store, the prices are reasonable, but in the center of the store there is a pile of packs with juices and energy drinks, which by the way are dusty (apparently from the warehouse).
