It turns out that in fact the department works only on weekdays. Coming here on weekends is a waste of time. No one comes here on Saturday. It is always empty and it is clear why.
There are no particular complaints about the work of the bank itself, but please resolve the issue with the functions of the branch on weekends. There is no desire to come here on weekdays to deliver, bring or update documents. Well, really, because of the little things, I have to take time off from work to come solve the micro-question in 3 minutes, although I WAS ALREADY HERE ON SATURDAY! Do as the jusan bank does - from 10 to 14, but there is a full-fledged office with the solution of any issues.
Quickly and without queues, an account was opened, and a registered Visa was issued / issued (Mastercard was also offered) to a non-resident in tenge (in the same branch you can make a card in dollars, euros are issued at the head office): a printout of the IIN, a passport with data on border crossing, the address of the place of stay in Astana and a Kazakhstani phone number. I recommend downloading the bank's application in advance in order to activate it faster.
