The staff is friendly, they try very hard, but there are few tourists, it is very difficult for them to survive. If you want to go back 40 years, go here. The halls are renovated, everything is clean and tidy, but if there are banquets in two halls, then everyone interferes with each other with loud music and guests who confuse the exits.
Hot food is not cooked on the spot, it is being transported from somewhere with an hour's delay. It's not very convenient.

Room #12 of the 1st category, where there is solid dust and dirt, a non-working TV remote control-Vityaz boxes, cigarette smell, old plumbing, sticky traps for cockroaches and ants under the table and behind the door, which are all filled with insect corpses. But that's not the worst part. The worst thing is that there are also bed bugs here!!! It's just a nightmare! Take urgent action!

We stayed overnight, we took a room with amenities. The sockets are loose, but they work. There is hot water, refrigerator, kettle. We didn't hear the neighbors, but there's a railroad nearby. Two beds, spring mattresses with mattress pads, new linen.

Hot water was not taken in all rooms) the room is large, But, dear, let's be honest, the suite is good and therefore expensive, in this suite k 24) the sofa is large and dirty, they lifted the pillow to see if it unfolds or not, and oh, horror, there are a million crumbs of seeds and so on, the cabin is broken and it does not close, cockroaches are noticed, linen was just given in a dusty bag, there is nothing for breakfast in the hotel, I do not recommend a hotel, for a suite 120 local rubles. I didn't want to leave right away because we were tired and were with the child, so we stayed. I do not recommend a hotel, only for those who are pregnant and who, in principle, does not care where to lie down))) I didn't take a photo so that no one would throw up.

There is no kettle. The buffet generally only works on special orders. In general, if you want a room with all amenities, choose a bigger room. I was in a hotel for 24 rubles, it was much better there, there was even a kettle. For those who have it as an option for the day, or it will also go to sleep off the road)

There are very few powerful light bulbs in the lamp, the lighting is dim. During the winter-autumn period, when it is still dark in the morning, applying makeup is a problem. Horror, horror, horror, there are no other words. Everything is broken, a paper holder, a shelf in the bathroom, no lamp works, the closet is broken, the doors close with a kick. The mattresses are super uncomfortable, thanks for at least eating at all. All this is not to mention the poor appearance. The Soviet Union did not collapse in this place. How can you wait for 11 people by appointment and turn off the terminal??? And when they said we'll pay in the morning, extort passports?! The law is not written for these people. No one explained where the room is, look for room 4/2 yourself when the rooms are not signed with fractions.... I experienced real horror today. I want to cry and scream at the sight of all this. If it were possible to give a minus grade, I would put it without hesitation.

4 stars for the staff! Wonderful ladies, pleasant and helpful in the best sense of the word. The hotel does not even pull two stars. But there is no special alternative in Borisov. On the plus side: the room is clean, there is a refrigerator, a kettle and a faceted glass. Of the cons: the room is very dark, there is a problem for a lady with makeup, you need a mirror with backlight, ventilation is very noisy in the bathroom and it turns on at the same time as the light, only soap from the toiletries and that on the day of arrival.

It's smoky. The room smells appropriately. In the corridor of the hotel on the 2nd floor, cigarette smoke was eating out the eyes and this is not an allegory. It was not possible to fall asleep in such a "frenzy". The room turned out to be dirty, the bathroom smelled bad and was also not cleaned. The required soap and shower gel...there were, but, judging by the appearance, traces of something yellow and dried (I won't even think what it is), extracted from some kind of trash.
Lazy staff. An asterisk for the fact that the bed was still changed and yes, there was a roll of toilet paper. In a word, horror. The real one.
