hospitality at the highest level!!! Delicious place))) lots of wine and very tasty food))) the hostess is charming) I recommend 100%🥰😍🍷
There was wariness when reading different reviews, but everything turned out fine. The staff is responsive and friendly, fast service, no mistakes, sincere recommendations of dishes and wine. We had a lot of fun, we just didn't want to leave. The fish is a bit simple, but it is cooked perfectly, ojahuri is the best of all that I have eaten in Georgia, the rest is at a good level, thanks to all the staff.
We ordered chicken in garlic cream sauce and kebab. A nice girl took the order, a kebab was brought in 20 minutes, we asked if the chicken would be ready soon, they said soon. After 20 minutes, I went to ask again, the waiter threw me over to another guy, who said "OK" and ran, apparently, into the kitchen. I came back, said 5 more minutes. After 15 minutes, I reminded him that 5 minutes had passed. They said 5 more. In total, I waited for food for an hour, no one warned me that it could be a long time, would it suit us if we were in a hurry? No one apologized, and when we left, all 3 waiters turned their backs and did not say goodbye. Terrible service, the chicken, by the way, is dry and without sauce! They spread the sauce on top, and in the photo on the menu, the chicken is floating in it
Great place! Insanely tasty, the menu is varied and for every taste, we took several different dishes and they were all at the highest level. Warm atmosphere and warm welcome - special thanks for that!
There are a lot of bees in the restaurant! And they arrive in a swarm, apparently for sweets. We ordered tarragon from drinks and couldn't fight off the bees.
Borscht does not look like borscht at all. It looks like a meat dish in a hot sauce.
The service is terrible. The waiter boy with a dissatisfied face tries to do everything in time, but it doesn't work out very well.
In general, you can eat there if you turn a blind eye to everything else)
A very beautiful place where the portions are super large and very tasty
We were practically alone in the establishment, so we were served as quickly as possible
We ordered the chicken, there were only 2 small pieces of chicken, and those were like a piece of sole. The broth was over-salted, and garlic that didn't fit in was added, which made the broth too garlicky. They took cheese slices, the cheese is disgusting, old. The waiting time is 1.5 hours for a kebab. When ordering, the ojahuri was clarified so that in the end it was just potatoes with onions and peppers. Of all that was ordered, only cappuccino was delicious.
In general, the food is not bad.
but! Waiting until the menu is brought, until the order is accepted with a very unhappy face, empty plates are not cleaned to victory.
A huge number of bees that fly around you and land on food, which completely spoils your stay in the institution.
I do not recommend it.
We've been to this place several times. Georgian dishes are delicious, but the service is disgusting. Very slowly, and the waiters forget the order. An hour may pass between serving dishes to different people. And in any case, 15% will be added to the order.
Classic order - pork and chicken kebabs. A long wait, the dishes were served together, but... pork kebab is impossible to chew (in Georgia!). The waiter boy replied to our complaints: "We know YOU are NOT the FIRST to COMPLAIN, but this is exactly how Georgian shish kebab is prepared. I know, I'm Georgian myself!!!" Well, the con
A wonderful restaurant.
I liked it so much that we went to it for two days in a row while we were in Borjomi.
We ordered ojahuri with pork, chicken kebab, chinakhi, salads, fondue with ice cream.Everything was delicious and satisfying, the portions were decent, the price was average. We went after reading the reviews on a well-known website, we were not mistaken and were satisfied. The hostess herself serves visitors, greets them as old friends and helps with the selection of dishes. It is possible to wait a little longer than usual if the landing is complete. The atmosphere is conducive to conversations and communication, the music is not loud and not intrusive, there is a fireplace next to which you can comfortably sit down.Convenient location, there is Parking near the restaurant.
Firstly, they carried food for a VERY long time, although it was late in the evening and the landing was less than 50%
Secondly, we ordered dolma with vegetables and 40 minutes later it was brought FROZEN, there was ice inside!
Don't set foot here anymore!
Good location and terrace. The service and the kitchen are like in a diner. A tip of 15%!! Prices are 1.5 times higher than other establishments. As a result, we paid 200 GEL for dinner for 2 people😱😱
A very cozy place! The staff is attentive and friendly. The food is very tasty and the portions are large. I highly recommend it to everyone who comes to Borjomi
We waited for tea for 20 minutes, which is not cheap!20 GEL, and another plus to the service of 10% forced,
Khinkali was carried for 58 minutes, almost an hour!
Lula sprinkled with spices , dry and not tasty, khinkali raw, in general, I do not advise this institution from the word at all!however, in the end, the girl who served us apologized.
The food is delicious, but the staff is as slow as possible, we were passing through Borjomi, in a hurry. We made an order and waited for 1.5 hours, as a result, not everything that we ordered was brought to us. I had to get up and leave hungry.
Everything is bad. And 20 minutes of waiting for the waiter, and an hour of waiting for dishes, and the inconsistency of dishes with the description in the menu, and the quality of the cuisine.
