This is an apartment. We had a 2-room apartment on the 28th floor. Excellent repair, everything is there.
Gotcha met me on the street because we got a little lost in the night. Speaks Russian well, lost in price.
We recommend it.

The hotel is good.modern.brand new.not far from the sea. The hosts are very hospitable. The rooms are small.but cozy. there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: a refrigerator.electric kettle.hair dryer.air conditioning.TV and so on.. Of the cons: the construction site under the windows. not high-quality room cleaning before our check-in (maybe that's just what we got).some minor flaws: something needs to be tweaked somewhere...fix it and so on... But in general.we recommend it!)) and too picky should look for a 5* hotel...where the cost will be appropriate!

The hotel is super, only positive emotions. The staff is friendly, always helps with everything, advises, organizes excursions at a good price. I advise everyone who is still deciding where to go. 100 meters from the sea.
