A week ago , we visited this store with a friend. The assortment is in order , there are many different glasses , mugs , postcards , toys , plates , T - shirts , in general , various trinkets . We are often in a good mood, unlike the "very friendly" staff, namely a woman with short white hair, who after five minutes demanded either to buy something or leave. We liked a couple of things , but there was no way to pay . And today (12/14/2024) we came to buy it all. And without having time to go around the store, the same woman (about three minutes later) came out and again demanded with a claim either to make a quick purchase or to leave the store. In addition , calling us , I quote , " Stoned fools . " We didn 't make the purchase and left .
P.S. I would like to advise this person.If you are in a bad mood , you do not need to spoil it for others ( especially if you work in the field of increased communication with people ) . The store is good . Unfortunately, the person who acts as his face leaves much to be desired.

I found the store's products on the Internet, specified the opening hours and drove up to see the New Year's packaging at the store at 14 o'clock. There were two friendly saleswomen in the hall, I was choosing the packaging. I want to note right away that the location of the product leaves much to be desired, since tin tubes had to be chosen squatting and bending over to see what is available on the bottom shelf almost on the floor.
Friendly sellers offered to help.
I chose something and went to look for packaging for other gifts, I needed several dozen. A woman with short blond hair runs into the hall and says, "you need something to help, otherwise we close for lunch and a car comes to us for goods." No matter how I tried to explain that I came from another area within working hours, that I was in a position and they had no right to rush me. It should be noted that one of the age sellers apologized for my phrase and said: "of course, girl, choose." Although about lunch, "will we close or not" was heard in the hall several times. A woman with short hair had previously asked from the warehouse, "are we alone in the hall?
Are we closing up?" Then she personally defended to me, "yes, there is no official lunch, but if you came during a technical break, you would stand behind a closed door!" I listened to them work 9 or 10 hours without lunch, said that it was for the management, and if there is no official lunch, then the three of you, let go each other in turn. I was told by the same blonde woman: "we are together once, closed and comfortable." Of course, to sit down, have lunch together, chat while the store is suddenly closed, but I kept this to myself.
There were a lot of interesting things to see and buy in the store, but I didn't set foot there anymore. I have not seen such rudeness, later covered up under the supposedly polite attitude of a seller with a short blond haircut, in any store in the city. I hope I won't see you again. And I see that it is not the first time that people have complained about her specifically. She shouldn't work with people.

I took gifts here in bulk. I made the order through the website. The managers called back, everything was clear, the order was formed, arrived, checked, picked up. A customer-oriented store. Prices are an order of magnitude lower than in regular stores for all sorts of New Year and holiday items.

I was "indelibly impressed" by visiting this store today (11/30/2022).My sister made an order, paid for it, and asked me to pick me up by sending me the order number. I met a very strange attitude from the seller (a woman with short white hair), who answered the order number that she would not look for the number and pointed me to a mountain of boxes, but asked what exactly was in the order and the name. It's strange, because living in the 21st century and selling online, awarding each order an individual number, you can strain yourself, especially since I clarified that I was only asked to pick up and indicated the order number. What is the difficulty I do not understand, if you do not have a printer that prints out order numbers to you with the name of the customer, then you can enter at least manually by asking the seller, who completes all online orders, as they do in all online stores.
The seller insisted that I specify which name the order was in and what exactly was there. Don't you know that the names can be the same and the orders too? There are such probabilities. Why don't you take this fact into account and why is there such a disregard for customers who just want to pick up their order quickly by order number and go about their business?
As a result, I can say that the gift shop needs to be more carefully selected by employees who are more friendly and despite the large volumes of orders (although on the eve of the holidays you should, as a guide, be ready for this) will be more attentive and polite to customers

I ordered New Year's gifts for the organization. They brought it ahead of time, which I think is better than later! The composition is wonderful, not exactly what is stated on the site, but it seemed to me that it was even cooler!!! There are more chocolates! And sweets are not cheap! Maybe I was just lucky!
