The service is terrible, the keyboard was replaced and now twice a week, I just can't get home. The system does not respond to the magnet, the only hope is for the neighbors, you call everyone and ask them to come down to open the door. We will do it, they come, they do something, 2-3 days pass and the same story again. No service whatsoever.
As a service office, it's a good one. But... I am tormented by vague doubts - why do intercoms, tubes stop working after some time and ..... are not subject to repair? There's a speaker, a microphone, a mic. It seems that there is a simple stuffing of new ones.
