on March 8, 2025, I decided to buy tiles for a new apartment. The choice fell on this store. There are no questions to the girls of the store staff at all, they were smart, they talked, they told, they helped with the selection, the layout, the payment of the goods....everything is on top....BUT!!! As soon as I paid for the goods and drove up to the warehouse...I was met by a loader...when viewing the tiles shipped to me, there were chips and layering of tiles of 1, 2 or 3 pieces in different boxes (the box consists of 9 tiles). In general, when asked to replace low-quality tiles, I encountered rudeness, rudeness and a LOADER survey!!! He tried to cheekily load the tile, which I refused, bypassing my words, he pushed, I even had to stop him with my hand. He didn't behave adequately, there was no one to have a normal conversation with. At my request, they called the CEO and what do you think...the situation has not changed, the same attitude as that of the loader!!! He swore at me for no reason, refused my request to change the "chipped" year and shouted that the money would be returned, all in raised tones, without any insubordination, and generally as a female customer ...
That's how I got my honestly paid tile from this store. There is definitely no desire to return there, for the rest, which must be ordered. Which I will do.
