One disappointment! The apartments in Makhtumkuli house 122/3 are a cat in a poke. There are simply no words to convey all the negative emotions about this failed project. The entrances are dirty, the intercom is purely for beauty. Anyone can enter. In addition to everything else, the fan coil will no longer work in the summer. Since we decided to save on chilli. Although initially it was supposed to work in winter as a heater instead of batteries, and in the heat instead of an air conditioner. With this in mind, the fancoil was set. But in the end, it was decided that people in Tashkent, in the hottest weather, should die in apartments, considering that the apartments are duplex! Developers don't give a shit about the tenants. Because basically everyone rents apartments and most foreigners who won't complain much. They rent apartments for not the lowest price and with such disgusting conditions. You guys are going to burn out so soon on your greedy ass.
