It's a great place. I was there about 4 years ago. Then there was a different atmosphere, there were not many yurts (a couple of pieces in total). Then I lost my location and couldn't find them. A friend recently dropped out. I went straight away. The meat and kazis are very tasty and fresh. But the main thing in beshbarmak is the dough. Beshbarmak is popularly called hamyr. So the dough is just amazing, tender and not thick. It's a big problem to find such a thing in Tashkent.
The cafe itself is spacious, in the form of a small park. An authentic place. I recommend it to everyone!

The place is quiet and secluded. They mainly make beshbarmak here. The meat is brought separately in a large dish, there is a lot of meat, the kazy is surprisingly tasty, the pieces are good. Koumiss is of very good quality. Surprisingly fast service. The staff, starting from the parking lot, waiters and at the checkout, are very friendly and good-natured people. A wonderful place, with one of the best Beshbarmak that I have tried. It is a 40-minute drive from Tashkent. Specifically, the Parkentsky district. Due to the fact that many roads are being repaired there and construction is underway, it is not so easy to get to it, I recommend taking a taxi or by car, which is not a pity the roads are simply disgusting and pass through two fields. But when you get there, you can enjoy the magnificent Kazakh cuisine. Green samsa, which is definitely worth a try, but only if it is cooked in this institution, otherwise it happens that their samsa has run out and they call someone from the neighbors who sells their own. Next, it is necessary to order puff pastry with herbs. There is a butter of personal production that you definitely need to try. And the main gel is cut into giant pieces of kazy (sausage made of horse meat) in combination with a gorgeous beshbarmak dough. The best place is TOP I recommend 100% it is better to book a place in advance. In general, 5 out of 5 in all parameters of my scale of national institutions. By the way, it should be noted the pleasant service and cleanliness of this place, it does not look ashamed from the outside.

The dough is very tasty, the meat is soft and juicy. According to the chefs, since the opening, they have been using only horse meat and they have their own farm.
