A small cafe or dining room. The dormitory building , as I understand it. Apparently they bought a couple of rooms and made a dining room. It's a little cramped, the kitchen is not bad. The waiters are probably students. They won't do until you tell them. But... maybe that's how I got caught. In general, three c +.
