The hotel is not bad, clean, cozy. The staff is excellent. The sea is nearby. We drove two minuses far from the airport for three hours, the second minus was in the food. Not a bad hotel, despite the fact that the 3* was pretty decent. I rested alone in November 2020. After arrival, we were immediately fed lunch and given a room on the 5th floor. The room is comfortable, in the evenings in November it was cool to warm up with a condom. The food is not fancy but quite decent. Nice staff. There is a small swimming pool on site, a bar. Public transport stop is a 1-minute walk away, and the center of Alanya is 10 minutes by bus. There are many shops, restaurants, Cleopatra Beach and central park in the city center. Amazing clear sea.
The sea is across the street from the hotel, go through the underpass. The beach is clean, the sand, the entrance to the water is gentle. In November, the weather was lucky at 23-25 degrees. It is very comfortable and not hot. With a small budget, I recommend it here!)

All the staff are members of the same family, relatives who are very humane, very diligent and really create a wonderful atmosphere. If you are late for dinner, breakfast or lunch, you will always be fed. Any request will be fulfilled.

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the beach, a supermarket is a 4-minute walk away (the currency is best changed there: you give at. e when buying, they return the change in lira at a good rate). The only advantage is the location to the sea. The sea is across the street, the beach is paid, clean, the entrance to the sea is good. Everything else is a solid minus! Meals: breakfast greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled egg, cereals and semolina porridge. Lunch: chicken with one side dish, soup and herbs. Dinner is the same. There is no choice at all! The rooms are dirty, the walls, plumbing, furniture, Everything! There is no cleaning, if the cleaner comes, then throw out the garbage, and they themselves went to throw out the private one. Linen and towels were changed 1 time in 10 days and then when they themselves had already thrown everything on the floor. The sheets are full of holes, washed like rags. There is shit in the hotel itself, pieces of dust, dirt everywhere.There is no refrigerator in the room, which is very bad. We did not go to the pool, it is not cleaned, there is sand and pebbles in the children's room, I have never washed. Drinks except beer, coffee, tea, you can not drink anything. We have always considered ourselves not harmful and in Alanya 5 times, but we have not yet met this ((( The staff is sympathetic, polite, there are no questions, but they do not do anything. They sit all day on the couch at the entrance to the hotel. I do not know who wrote positive reviews, but I assure you, all lies!I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Nobody!

We had a vacation with our son and daughter-in-law in September 2019! First.... SHOCK! The long journey must have had an effect! We understood in the morning....Guest house by the sea!!! The food was delicious. In a week, no one had a sign of heartburn! The sea is nearby, excursions,sun, beach! I Recommend The Pool! The staff is awesome! Hello to the Manager Ridvan!
