We applied to rent a minivan. The car was as of 3 out of 5. After 4 hours of rental, the car's transmission died. As a result, we waited 4 hours for another one to be brought to us. There's still time to get the new car back. Upon arrival, they showed us why we hadn't refueled the car. As a result, they did not return the money and accused me of something, the place of apologies and compensation. We've lost time and money. I don't recommend it
