A pleasant hotel. We lived there twice: before the renovation and after. If before there were questions about the "stuffing" of the hotel (old renovation in a traditional style, a little dampness in the rooms of the left wing), then after it everything became at an excellent level. There is an entrance for cars, a small private parking for guests (with a barrier, paid after the renovation of the hotel), a reception with a Russian-speaking employee, a large courtyard with entertainment and a mini bar with snacks, a large swimming pool. Good dinners, although a little monotonous if you are in Tenerife for a long time, but with a pretty decent wine list and a lot of money. Nearby there is a minimarket, a pharmacy, a perfume store, several clothing stores, chain restaurants like Tony Roma, a large taxi parking lot. The main promenade is a five-minute walk away - ideal, because it is still close, but the noise from walking tourists no longer interferes. The upper floors have a great view of the ocean. On the top floor, after renovation, they made a chillout area with a bar, the same ocean view, pool, sun loungers, etc., where children are not allowed (glass fences and height are probably a risky mix). In general, the hotel is good for its money and in its location, but in the same network there is a Jacaranda, which is much closer to our favorite beach el Duc, much more modern, with sports fields (we lived there twice, I participated in football tournaments for guests), a good territory where you can have company in the evening with a bottle of rioja and jamon.
the hotel is just super, the food is excellent, live music during dinner, there is Julia, who speaks Russian-she helped with everything. There are a lot of animations in English, we were in May 2019. The ladies were given roses for dinner. There is a translation of each dish into Russian.
