A very good hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, very decent breakfasts, omelette to order with different fillings, marinades, dried fruits, meat and cheese cuts, lightly salted trout, fruits, desserts... I didn't even have time to try everything for 3 breakfasts. The room has a beautiful view of the mountains.

The situation is that southern Kazakhstan is very different from the Kazakhstan that I know. Arriving at the hotel, we were told that early check-in is possible only if you pay for an additional full day, despite the fact that we paid for breakfast separately and we arrived at 9:40, anyway we were told that they would not be able to check us in before 14:00 ... well, nothing, we left our suitcases and went for a walk, the good weather allowed) before before I left, I asked the reception to provide us with a higher floor - for example, 3.4 or 5, this is a normal practice and in all large chain hotels such a request is commonplace. Upon our return, they begin to register us and issue cards on the 1st floor, in rooms for smokers, although, for example, I do not smoke ... at my request to change my room, some fictional stories begin, that our company has booked such rooms and other nonsense, I call my manager at the company and ask for the phone number of the hotel reservation department, I am ready to write to the official representative office of the hotel and immediately they tell me that a room was found for me on the 5th floor. I don't like conflicts, but I can't stand it when they so obviously try to convince me of stories made up by employees. The first day everything seems to be OK, I return after the exhibition in the business center, I want to take a bath and what was my surprise when I realized that there was no hot water, I drain the water for an hour, two as a result, a quick shower in barely warm water, then the location of the shelf with towels was a surprise for me, I have to climb with a height of 160 cm they reach for the bath and towels at the risk of falling, but even here I did not pay attention to this and did not focus on it. Every day there are new adventures, at breakfast I did not finish the grapes with strawberries and in order not to throw away the fruit, I decided that I would take it to the room and calmly finish it, but then a woman literally jumps out at me from the next table and says that I cannot take fruit to the room and must either sit and to finish eating here or order a fruit plate to your room for money... where is the logic I do not understand, because it is impossible to return these berries to the general distribution, or do you trade for such a hotel? Or is it a matter of principle - neither for yourself nor for people? In general, it's strange, I left the berries on the table, asked this woman to make sure that the waiters did not take them away and returned to finish them after I gathered in the room… I am silent about the fact that the air conditioner thermostats do not work in the room, so that you just do not freeze in the room at night, you need to turn it off, which I did. Why do I say so confidently that all the thermostats do not work, my colleagues in other rooms faced the same problem, as a result - when I returned late at night from the event, I found a huge puddle on the carpet, flooded with water, as she was standing in the hallway, after my call to the reception with the words oh my God and deep breath, I was told that a technician will come now, it's after one o'clock in the morning, a technician comes, I show a puddle and drops from the ceiling, he says well, now I'm going to get the stairs, as a result of some manipulations draining Water into the basin, he leaves. I ask you to invite a cleaner to me to do something with a puddle on the carpet, the cleaner came and all she could do to help me was put a towel on the floor and left… For the first time in my life, a 4* hotel gave me not a feeling of hospitality, but a feeling of joy that I was finally leaving here. In general, it's up to you to decide whether to stay here or not, but the building is 12 years old, it is clearly not properly serviced, for this budget you can choose other more worthy options (Imho). A mediocre hotel. I do not recommend it, it is definitely not 4 stars, as they claim to be.
I was here from 22.04 to 24.04.
Positive:
- if the windows overlook the courtyard, then at night you can hear birds singing when the window is open, and it's pretty quiet.
- there are good pastries and dessert for breakfast, really tasty and fresh. There are ripe pineapples .
- it seems to be a fairly recent renovation. - neat, clean floors.
-good TV in the room (see photo).
-next to the exhibition (if it is important)
there is a fairly nimble Internet during the day (although it catches poorly, the signal is weak).
- 2 large 1L bottles of water per day, free of charge.
Minuses:
- breakfasts: a small selection, there is always something missing, glasses, dishes. The "restaurant" itself is more like a canteen - simple swinging dirty tables, very noisy, everyone is jostling, the staff do not have time to clean and replenish the dishes.
04/24 half of the dishes were gone already at 9 a.m. - there were no grilled vegetables, there was no potato dish (I forgot what it was called), there were no peppers, some pastries and desserts. I made a remark, but I did not wait.
- there is a very hard mattress in the room. Uncomfortable pillows (thick, but a little harsh).
- the Internet is almost down in the evening.
-the air conditioning/oven in the room is not working.
- the tap water is barely flowing. Hot after a long wait.
-shower gel and shampoo noname (see photo), conditioner is not provided.
-a very small and uncomfortable closet (see photo), hangers facing you, it is very difficult and inconvenient to hang and get them.
- the mini-bar is empty, there is nothing in the fridge.
- there is no chain and no peephole on the door.
-poor sound insulation inside the rooms: I woke up several times at night from the noise in the hallway and from the alarm clock in the neighboring rooms.
- unfriendly staff at the reception. They argued with me for a long time that I didn't have an early check-in booked.
- I found a dirty teaspoon in the room.

I liked the hotel. Very nice, attentive, helpful staff. In the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar and cream in bags, water (brought daily), bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush and paste, safe, refrigerator, a normal wardrobe with enough hangers, TV, table with armchair. The window in the room opens. Minus: the water supply in the shower. The temperature of the water is constantly changing arbitrarily: it is warm, then hot, then cold. The sound insulation in the room is good, the neighbors could not be heard. Excellent breakfasts: a good assortment of buffets and the cook prepares omelets, scrambled eggs with fillers for every taste. I would especially like to thank you for not cleaning the food exactly at the last minute of the end of breakfast, and even those who were 10-15 minutes late were fed. And the range of food, if you come 15 minutes before the end of breakfast, is the same as at the beginning. It would be nice to treat guests in all hotels! There is room service and a restaurant. The restaurant menu and room service are different. There's a bar downstairs. We will stop here again.

It's a strange place, on the outskirts, in the middle of the night you can easily see the newlyweds in full parade from a car that is more expensive than half of the hotel, probably it's either the owners or relatives :), or the guests are led to the pretentious fashionable long name of the hotel! He lived in June 2023. We booked it right before arrival. One of the few hotels that still had seats. I expected a trick, but no. An excellent hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. I paid about 9000 rubles per day. The room is standard. It consists of two rooms. Very clean. The breakfast is very decent. I found everything I needed around the hotel within walking distance (unlike the center). I was very pleased.

A comfortable hotel.

I was in a Single. Cleanliness, good furniture, silent refrigerator, kettle and coffee and tea bags in the room. The air conditioning is very quiet, but, however, the sound insulation of the entrance door from the corridor is very poor, you need to take a room away from the elevator. A spacious lobby with plenty of seating on cozy sofas and a bar with adequate prices. The breakfasts are simply luxurious, fresh fruits (nectarines, apples, plums, watermelon, melon...) and a fresh variety of pastries, including delicious croissants. I recommend.

The hotel does not correspond to the rank of 4 stars. This is a standard three.
On the plus side: clean. The reception is very friendly and ready to help in any situation.
Of the cons:
There are no air conditioners that could cool the room temperature at 28 degrees. When asked how to sleep, they offer to open the window. And outside the window there is smog, which happily turns out to be in the room through the window. The administrator moved to another room, but the situation was similar there.
The pipes in the shower just fly out of the wall. Everything is flowing.
They do not change the currency at the hotel.
There is no massage, which is stated on the booking.
The view from the window is, to put it mildly, sad.
If you are going on a business trip, approx.
If you are going on vacation, look for hotels above the smog level. Closer to the mountains and in the mountains.
