The lobby bar and reception are cozy with good service. I liked the pool for a summer sunny holiday. Good breakfasts. Only, it's a pity, it's too expensive.

A bad hotel, the reasons for this are as follows:
- exorbitantly high price with low quality of service
- weddings or celebrations with very loud music are held at the pool area until 11 pm. The volume is such that the dishes in the room jump to the beat of the bass
- dressing gowns are issued only on demand, why do you need to ask for this separately?
- the breakfasts are monotonous and there is a limited choice. If you live for one night, it's still okay, but if you stop for a few days, then there's nothing to have breakfast
- tired room, worn-out hotel. Only the quality of the lobby leaves a pleasant impression.
- plumbing leaks. They asked to send a plumber several times, but no one came.

In general, it's a decent hotel. The staff is quite friendly. Clean, but there are obvious flaws in the repair, much can be seen that they did a blunder. The bed linen and towels are clean, snow-white, as in all hotels of this level, but the mattresses are incredibly hard, as if I slept on the floor. The cleaning is of high quality. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from Republic Square, the very center. All major attractions can be reached on foot

Accommodation in this hotel is clearly not up to its price. My room cost about $100 per night (I took it for 9 days), and I would rate it at about $20 — it would be a fair price, corresponding to the level of service.
Something about the service and the quality of the rooms:
1. The room was VERY small. It's not obvious from the photo, but there's literally only a bed and a table, there's nowhere to even fall down.
2. There is no hood in the bathroom. Active, passive, whatever. Ventilation is carried out through the room. There is also no air freshener.
3. There is no bedspread on the bed.
4. When I moved in, there were bright yellow spots on the sheets (!), which apparently appeared quite recently. I suspect that the sheets were not changed after the previous tenant.
5. An outdoor balcony is attached to the room, on which the light does not turn off.
6. In general, the furnishings and repairs in the room look a little outdated.
7. For some reason, the hotel staff tucks the BLANKET in like this, see the photo. To hide them, they have to be torn out from under the mattress (this inevitably happens along with the sheet).
8. Some sky-high rates for laundry.
9. The room has no sound insulation.
10. The refrigerator with a mini-bar in the room is noisy, which makes it a little difficult to sleep at night.
However, the hotel also has several undoubted advantages:
1. The breakfasts are really good. But they happen too early, as for my taste: from 7:30 to 10:30. Another conspiracy of larks.
2. Location in the very center. But even here there are disadvantages, taxi drivers rarely drive right up to the entrance, Yandex.taxi shows the entrance at all from the other side of the hotel. It is strange that the administration of the hotel does not solve the issue of the correct display of the entrance on the map.
3. Relatively good disposable slippers (other hotels have thinner ones).

For 4 days of stay, the breakfast dishes are the same and the assortment is modest.there was a check-in of athletes and we could not go to the restaurant for lunch. Although the tables were still empty. We were forced to look for a restaurant on the street.And with poor health. The sediment remained. It's terribly noisy
It is unrealistic to sleep (rooms 519, 520, 220, 219, wing of the second elevator)
In the courtyard there is noise from compressors
There is no ventilation in the rooms, but interestingly, ventilation is not turned on during the day and you can sleep, in general, the opposite is true…
It 's like being in a factory. 🤦♂️
We were moved to another room, to another wing

It turned out that now the room faces the road and the room does not have double-glazed windows, but just one glass and therefore it feels like you are on the street..

We lived in the hotel for 3 days, generally fine, the service is timely, the hotel and rooms are in good condition, but there are also disadvantages the spa did not work due to repairs, the breakfasts were not very good. The breakfasts and the location are wonderful. The pool (2023 season) is closed for renovation. Do NOT book rooms on the 2nd - 3rd floors with a view of the courtyard. Get a wall with mold as a view from a single or obscure design. My room was changed 2 times.
The rooms overlooking the square are pleasant. A good mattress.

Pros: Good location, delicious breakfast. Minuses: 1. The air conditioner is not working, the room is hot, there is no inflow. If you open the window, the local flies will be incredibly happy about this and will definitely come in for a light, and the window does not really save from the heat, and at night the noise from the air conditioning system of the restaurant located on the ground floor gets out, so I had to sleep in the stuffiness. 2. The bed seems to be normal, but the pillows are nothing, they are tortured by washing, it's impossible to sleep on your back, one torment. 3. The furniture in the room is quite worn, it is clear that there has not been a major overhaul for a long time, the bathroom door does not close, some of the lamps do not work. I think that the condition of the hotel does not correspond to the brand under which it operates. In general, it's up to you to decide, and next time I will find a more comfortable place to stay.

Great hotel. We stayed there for 2 days on the 5th floor in a room with a large balcony and a great view. The breakfasts are delicious, the staff is friendly. The pool is nice. The location is also very convenient. They wanted to extend it for another day - there were no rooms. We moved to Marriott 500 meters away. They gave me a small room there, with a dirty window and wires on the walls.

Friends from Yerevan gave the child chocolates and sweets. The staff apparently decided that it was garbage, and threw it away (there were wrappers in a paper bag in addition to a bag of chocolates) When leaving, they found the loss, they told the staff. There is nothing criminal, it happens, but the management threw up their hands for a long time and said that they had not seen any package, Then they said they could have thrown it away, like, sorry. When patience broke down and said that it was possible to give the child some other chocolates (against the background of denying the existence of sweets, this has already become a matter of principle), they said that there were no chocolates (although this is not the case - the refrigerator bar was full of everything)

I checked into this hotel 2 times in a superior room. They always give you a room in the corner with a view from the second window into the wall. It's a pretty expensive bar. We have never been able to make a check-in before. For such money, such a room is so-so. You only pay for the location.
