A new hotel.There is a large number of rooms, the rooms are spacious.good room layouts, good renovation, high-quality plumbing.breakfast is a buffet, quite varied and hearty.the service is at a good level.the staff is polite, friendly, sociable.Some of the staff are Indians who speak English.of all the hotels in Ust-Kamenogorsk, this is one of the best.

The hotel is wonderful. Convenient location. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The rating was lowered solely due to nuances related to the check-in and the behavior of the administrator, who met me and my colleague that day. I will not go into details, if the manager is interested, I can provide detailed information. Alas, the overall impression is formed by a combination of factors, and even a single person can ruin a lot. In general, I don't want to say anything bad about the entire hotel staff, on the contrary, I am grateful to everyone!

The rooms are cozy, cleaning is done regularly, bottled water is supplied every day, the staff is friendly, the location is good (there are many shopping centers nearby, it is convenient to get to any part of the city). The breakfasts are good, but I advise you to go to another cafe for dinner. (Hindus cook, not everyone will like it, for lovers of spicy and sour)
