I was pleasantly surprised, a new hotel, clean, tidy, excellent breakfasts!!! located in the center. Near shopping centers, a good restaurant. How the designer smiled :))) the carpet in the halls on the floors was not docked as it should be, but it should be noted that it was made to order with a national flavor ... However, this has nothing to do with maintenance. the hotel is great! I recommend.

I always stay in good hotels, but I've never seen such filth.
The carpet at the entrance to the floor is dirty. In the rooms themselves, cleaning is apparently not done, so superficially, they clean up for visibility.
There is garbage on the carpet, pistachios, crumbs, hair.
The countertop is stained with sweet tea.
They did not track the presence of sugar.
Instead of a normal teaspoon, a disposable cheap plastic wand. On one tea glass, chipped. Dust was visible on the white tea pair.
There are traces of dried water droplets on the mirror in the shower room.
The sink is also covered in traces of dried water droplets and in something yellow.
There is a woman's hair on the toilet and the same yellow traces.
The door to the toilet is stained and stained with some kind of liquid.
I turned to the reception, at first they wanted to do a "quick cleaning in min. 10" as they explained to me.
After I explained to them that I had just arrived and was tired from the road. I need to rest, do my business.
I was given another room, one floor above.
At first glance, the situation in the second room seemed better. Spoiler alert- (No).
The battery is dusty, the countertop is greasy (you can see how they touched it with greasy fingers, there was no cleaning) the internal phone is also stained. Next, you will understand where this fat comes from.

There were spots of unknown origin on the mirror near the beds 🥴
I called the reception again and asked them to wipe the countertop and mirror.
A girl came, started wiping and said that she was not wiping off. I wiped a greasy stain on the countertop with my finger in front of her. She continued to wipe.
Next, I wiped everything else and the mirror with the same cloth.
I noticed the rest by nightfall, I wanted to put the food in the empty refrigerator from the mini-bar, opening it, the aroma of smoked fish fell out on me. It became clear where the fat came from. The whole refrigerator was covered in fish oil inside and out.
I put the groceries on the windowsill. I no longer had the strength to ask for something and prove it.
The next day, there was a green bug above my bed, I eventually caught it and let it out the window.
I wanted to take the extra pillows that were in the closet. As a result, there is one pillow without a pillowcase and two bloodstains on it. The second one is just dirty streaks.
Then, every day after I left, a surface cleaning was carried out.
The general condition of the room leaves much to be desired. Repair for three.
The atmosphere in the lobby is pleasant.
In a local restaurant, the tables are poorly wiped. Small debris was seen on the floor near the table.
It's cold in the room, I was there from September 25th to 29th. After I asked the reception to adjust the temperature in the room, they brought me a small red heater.
The next day, after cleaning, they took him away, and I had to ask again. In the end, they left it to me, for all the remaining days.
The walls are thin, you can clearly hear the hotel guests having fun at the bar in the evening.
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, everything is very sparse. There is almost no choice.
I didn't go to breakfast for the rest of the days.
In total, 145,000 tenge was spent for living in a dirty room for 4 nights, which is about 27,000 rubles.

Хорошая гостиница, номера уютные, большие, комфортные. Обеденная зона в центре, номера по кругу, решение не новое, но прикольное. Персонал не весь, но отзывчивый, завтрак немного разочаровал, ща остатками предлагаемой еды никто не следил, аюв итоге к 9 часам было нечего правюктически взять, и никто не подтаривал блюда.

Коллега сам выбирал гостиницу, Я же положился на наш офис. Оказалось зря, после первой же ночи в другой гостинтце с утра первым делом переехал сюда. Отличная гостиница. Фойе масштабное, по другому не скажешь. Очень красивый вид на Атриум. Комнаты компактные, но вполне вместимые. Нет чувства экономии пространства.
Персонал учтивый и реально хотят помочь комфортному проживанию.
