I liked the hotel, there is everything for a comfortable stay. Spacious room, gorgeous view of the bay. Cleaning is done every day, which is very important. There is a supermarket in 5 minutes by metro. You can also ride the local Ambre boat. The only thing was that there were not enough outlets, they found only one in the room and one in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything is fine, feel free to advise!
We chose the hotel because of the low cost, thinking that there are no bad hotels in Dubai. They made a mistake.
It's very dirty - both in the lobby (reception) and in the room itself. The carpet is not vacuumed, the linen is stained, the toilet is not washed. The smell in the room is specific. All the windows are dirty, both in the rooms and in the observation elevator, have not been washed since opening.
The staff is relatively polite, but completely indifferent. The person responsible for the pool is a separate species of intelligent person.
Two key cards were issued, and one of them was constantly out of order. They didn't tell the reason at the reception, they just overwritten it every time and the problem was repeated. This situation was repeated with other guests.
Meal. I recommend not taking lunch and dinner, it's not worth it. You can have breakfast, there's no variety, but scrambled eggs will be cooked.
Location Deira district. The working class is thriving here, keep in mind, this is not a Dubai Mall. There are business cards of "massage parlors" scattered along the street, young people in a strange state in the evenings and everything like that. Accordingly, most of the guests in the hotel itself are from Africa and India, with very few Russians or Europeans.
I will not recommend the hotel, it is better to pay a little extra, but to live in a tourist place where it will be comfortable than that's all. P.S.
On the street near the hotel saw huge cockroaches, similar to Madagascar in size. They didn't notice any animals inside. I really hope she's not there. But I suspect there is.
A normal hotel. The pool is on the roof. Very nice view from the roof. The metro is nearby. The beds are very good. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The hall is not pretty. I liked the hotel
The hotel does not reach anything up to 4 stars and hardly up to 3.
The rooms are dirty. The room stock is obviously old.
Towels are either two or one. And there were a couple of hundred times with black spots at all.
Breakfast is not very varied.
The tables are cleaned disgustingly. You can come and the table will be covered in crumbs and sauce. And the maintenance staff is not worried about it. They say it will do anyway.
I will say separately about the location.
Across the street from the hotel, there are almost slums with a market in any way (construction is the closest). There is no bar at all in the hotel (if it is important to someone)
The hotel is for, so to speak, business travelers. Without a car is not an option at all. Parking is free. The room is simple, the bed is comfortable. Breakfast... well, he is. A normal gym and swimming pool.
Not very. Cockroaches, attendants 4 out of 10. Reception is not responding. Next time I'll choose another hotel.
Positive: a good dish. The air conditioner works well.
Cons a lot
Horror!!! Dirt in the room. All plumbing needs to be replaced. The doors to the bathroom do not close. The food is disgusting to put it mildly. The concierge is a crook. The most disgusting hotel I've stayed in in 25 years.
In principle, a good hotel, Deira district, 20 min beach, Dubai mall 19.
