We were in September 2024, we went specifically to a concert, so we chose a place close to the Sports Palace, everything was wonderful, a cozy room with three separate beds, which is very rare. Very quiet, the room had a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, water, towels, shampoo and gels. A very decent breakfast buffet, delicious pastries. The only problem is to call a taxi, as the entrance is through a paid parking lot. Otherwise, everything is super for such little money!

I really want to thank the reception staff for their humane attitude!
I planned to pay extra for late check-out upon arrival. But there were no numbers(((
We were on the day of Zemfira's concert, I did not take into account the flow. And there was not a single place in the neighboring hotels (((
It turned out that we would have to stay somewhere from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. (departure time to the airport). The staff also allowed us to a) leave things in their luggage room and b) pass the time in their huge lobby (which goes deep and occupies a huge area opposite the restaurant).
We are very grateful for such truly Georgian hospitality! Madlop!

Lovely large room with a view of the city. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom has everything you need. Not a bad breakfast, I didn't have enough desserts, but that's if you find fault. Near the metro station, several shops.
Of the cons: there was no hot water at check-in, but the reception immediately solved this problem.

We were from August 2 to August 9. They also found the entrance by car not the first time. If you are driving a car, put a McDonald's on the navigator, the next entrance to the stadium parking lot is next to it - take a parking card at the barrier and drive through - it is easier to find there. When you check out at the reception, take a ticket that everything is paid for. The room is on the 14th floor, two rooms, two air conditioners, everything is clean, everything works, everything is beautiful. A small refrigerator, a kettle, 2 bottles of water per day, tea, coffee, sugar are available. Good sound insulation. The breakfasts are a little monotonous, but delicious, natural coffee, fruits. The staff speaks Russian, at least passable English.

A good hotel, we had a rest with our family and everyone was satisfied. The room was a triple room consisting of two rooms. Great view of the city, good location, metro within walking distance. The breakfasts are excellent and hearty. Among the disadvantages, it is not so easy to find a standard address through Yandex navigator and paid parking.

Great hotel. They were settled earlier without any comments at all. We have the most inexpensive room option, but it is very spacious. A very pleasant breakfast buffet. My husband and I were very satisfied

it's cold in the rooms,inconvenient entrance by car for the first time,taxi drivers are confused to drive up,a cold towel rail in the bathroom,two elevators when lifting us to the 16th floor

The shower did not work, it was never repaired during the stay. The breakfasts are good. The room is clean, the renovation is fresh.
