I would like to express my gratitude to the BEST KZ travel agency for organizing my vacation. This is the fourth time I have contacted this agency. A well-coordinated team is an organization at the highest level. I would especially like to mention the work of Madina's manager, who organized a tour to Egypt. She was very attentive to my needs and wishes. I was in touch 24/7. I received a lot of useful advice from the agency, the proposed hotel met all expectations. I recommend the BEST KZ agency to everyone - it is a team of professionals who will do everything to make your vacation unforgettable.

We flew to Turkey with our family this year, visited many different travel agencies, as we flew for the first time, and went to the Best.kz, we got the manager Mukhambetova Madina, this is the coolest manager, she explained everything clearly, helped us a lot, she was in touch with us throughout the rest! I picked up everything on the tour exactly as we wanted , right to the point ! I explained everything in detail on the shelves! It feels like she was flying with us , we were calm and confident thanks to her ! The next vacation is just for her! Before that, in different travel agencies, everything had to be pulled out, someone was not telling something, namely in the Best.kzt manager Madina Mukhambetova has put everything on the shelves! Ездили в Египет по организованному туру, большое спасибо компании и лично Мадине Всегда были на связи, во всем помогали! Сразу подсказали экскурсовода с отличной репутацией и ценами в три раза выгоднее чем у других экскурсоводов

Отличное турагентство. Перед выбором тура обошли несколько турагентств и только в этом менеджер Валерий не впаривал всё подряд, а действительно учитывал наши пожелания и рекомендовал отели по своему опыту и отзывам туристов. Всё объяснил, во всем помог,всегда на связи. По прилёту домой так же интересуется всё ли у нас хорошо. Турагентство действительно заинтересовано в своих клиентах и качестве оказываемых услуг. Теперь только к ним!
