I did not think that I would have to write such a review about the company Beurer-Belarus. I ordered a massager pillow here a couple of years ago, and then the order was executed at a high professional level. Therefore, when there was a need for a blood pressure monitor and the choice fell on the Beurer VM-77, I chose the Beurer-Belarus company without hesitation. Unfortunately, this time the expectations were not fulfilled.
There are no questions about placing an order, confirming it, agreeing on the delivery time and payment method, the company's staff worked perfectly. And then a complete thrash begins, which, perhaps, will even seem like fiction to someone. Nevertheless, I am ready to answer for every word written here.
The courier called at the agreed time. I had a bank card payment. Upon entering the apartment, the first thing the courier asked me was if I knew how to use the terminal, because he "didn't quite understand it." To which I replied that it would be nice to take a look at the product itself first, since there was nothing in the courier's hands except the terminal. And then it turned out that he had forgotten the blood pressure monitor in the car and went to get it. Realizing that the courier is not friendly with the terminal, I prepared the cash during this time. But when he returned with the goods, it turned out that the courier did not know how to get a receipt when paying in cash. Realizing that this circus was already beginning to bother me, I checked the blood pressure monitor and its condition, took the terminal from the courier, entered the required amount myself, demonstrated to him that the amount was indicated correctly and made the payment by card. Do you think it's normal for a customer to serve themselves? Or does the company practice the principle of self-service cash registers, as in grocery supermarkets?
The second point is that, as it turned out, the tonometer was released back in January 2021, i.e. almost 4 years ago. Yes, I was given, as expected, a 60-month warranty from the date of sale, but the date of state verification of the tonometer, of course, is 2021. At the same time, the verification interval for blood pressure measuring devices in the Republic of Belarus is 1 year. The company's question is, was there no way to re–carry out metrological certification for stale goods?
Well, the third point is related to technical support. After several measurements of the tonometers, doubts arose about the correctness of the readings, especially in light of the fact that the device was checked back in 2021. Therefore, I sent an e-mail to the address of the service service@beurer-belarus.by asking where it is possible to check the blood pressure monitor in Minsk. Please note that I did not ask them to carry out the verification, but only wondered where it could be carried out. Unfortunately, this appeal was simply ignored.
Will I continue to make purchases at Beurer-Belarus? Alas, the impression of a fairly well-known company that had established itself in the health products market was completely ruined by the courier's absolutely unprofessional work, the lack of an up-to-date verification date for the device and ignoring customer service.

1 joint:I made an order online at 11 o'clock in the afternoon, they called back to my order account only at 2 o'clock with the news that my consumables were not available (2 pcs were indicated when ordering). How can you update the database so late?
2 joint:We offered delivery almost a week later (on Mon, because there was a delivery on Fri). I asked for delivery to be organized before 12 p.m., to which I heard in response that the courier would not be in time (as if the delivery was 3 days ago, you will not take 3 hours around the city?)
3 jamb:they brought me home, I had a baby in my arms, I asked the girl to open the box, check the availability. I clarified about the guarantee, which I heard to save the receipt for. Later, opening the box, I found the warranty card, but without the seal or signature of the seller
A great store. There are a lot of interesting things. Prices are cheaper by 20%. Than in Minsk. The product is of very good quality. Very kind and friendly consultants. I recommend.
