I communicated with manager Alexey in the early stages, he is a kind and open manager, it was a pleasure to work with him! But the contract contained a huge number of spelling and syntactic errors, which made it difficult to pay attention to the essence of the contract.
I immediately wanted to take a car from the USA to Kazakhstan, but Alexey said that the delivery time would be about 4 months. This surprised me and I asked to see a car from Korea. Regarding Korea, they said that the delivery would be approximately within 1.5-2 months, which was quite a normal period.
We chose Hyndai Kona 2021, paid an advance payment on Caspi and after SWIFT to Korea, began to wait for delivery. At this stage, I was transferred to the new manager Anastasia.
And here the fun began. It turned out that it was necessary to assemble a container for several cars. My car was the first for the container, and for a little more than a month everyone could not assemble it. There are no preventive updates from Anastasia until you ask and wait at least a day for her answer. Then the car arrived in China. Until "10 times" I asked to send me a confirmation - nothing was sent. After a month and a half, they pulled with some slots on the China-Almaty train. And as a result, they were sent to Almaty. After that, they could not clear the car in Almaty for a long time.
According to customs clearance, of course I understand that the situation was exceptional, but I asked Alexey several times to consult with lawyers, to which he said that there would be no problems. But in the end, customs clearance lasted another month, where many exceptions had to be made and eventually issued to another person.
Nevertheless, the delivery cost me almost six months! Not 1.5-2 months, but 6 months! Due to the fact that the car was released in July 2021, at the time of July 2023, the car was already considered in the category of 2+ years. Because of that, I had to pay an increased fee of 607,000 tenge... I would have arrived at least a month earlier, this amount would have been ridiculous ...
a special person who was engaged in customs clearance promised some kind of gift. But as soon as I signed the documents, he successfully forgot about this promise.
In general, I had enough with them and broken deadlines, and accusations against me that I was wrong in everything, and an increase in the cost of a car out of the blue, and empty promises in the form of a gift, and other things.
PS this is my 3rd car that I bring from abroad. And this is my worst experience in all previous cases! Several times I was sure that the money was fraudulently stolen and no one would bring the car.
