Nice hotel in the center, shops nearby. I was passing through with my daughters, and I was lucky to find myself during the celebration of the Muslim New Year, which took place near the hotel at the stadium. We were warmly welcomed, treated to tea and fruits and sweets.

Next time I will try to drive past :) it is very dirty, the place is for an amateur, if you need a roof for the night, you will do, but do not expect working sockets or tightly locked doors, even clean linen is a problem. On the beds instead of a net (remember those?) The boards are already there. Atmospheric and not expensive :)

The bed linen is clean, overall very clean, the mattresses are hard, the room has air conditioning. It was cold, despite May, and the heating was working. There is hot water. The scariest thing is the sockets sticking out of the wall. The kettle was given to the room. Spending the night after the road is the best thing, but it's expensive - 16,000 for two.
This hotel, like others in the city, is not listed on Booking.

Plus one - the opportunity to sleep on a bed after several nights in tents, and wash up.
Everything else is cons (room for four):
- not one normal outlet in the room, all fell out and were unsafe;
- beds on a metal grid, which sagged heavily and instead of it they put sheets of plywood, on top of which there is a thin mattress. We slept like on a bench.
-the bed linen was once white, so old and washed that the fabric spreads in your hands
-the water pressure in the shower is a thin trickle, to wash under which is another quest.

Outwardly, it is quite passable: a parking sign, an administrator. The nuances are revealed as you move in: a high threshold from the stairs to the 2nd floor (elderly and short will definitely be uncomfortable), a floundering water heater that had to be resuscitated with the help of staff, a leaking shower watering can and the hose itself, which the staff was able to replace 3 times. It is clear that these are not special cases, but the established order of things in this hotel. From the equipment: the room has air conditioning, TV. There is no refrigerator. The number is uncured. The bed linen and towels are clean, but tired. The sound insulation is so-so, you can hear all the sounds from the corridor.
Bottom line: it's okay to spend the night once, but it's better to go to the Arna hotel, it's nearby.

Animals are allowed. We booked in advance via e-mail, but arrived a day earlier. The issue has been resolved. A room for four with a cat is 16,000 tenge. There is parking in front of the hotel. Everything is a little "tired", but it's comfortable to sleep, you can relax. There is a shower and toilet in the room. There is an air conditioner. There is no TV, refrigerator, I won't say for Wi-Fi, I didn't recognize it.

It's a disgusting place. Starting with a very unfriendly and ill-mannered girl at the reception and ending with dirt and complete ruin in the room. The shower cabin is dirty, the faucet on the sink is hanging out, it's impossible to see through the glass windows, they haven't been washed since the time of the king of peas! A separate story is the mattress on the bed in the so-called "suite", it is hard as wood, there is a huge hole in the middle. I've been fighting gravity all night to keep from falling through it. There is no table in the room, no table at all. If only this flophouse remains in Beineu, I will definitely spend the night in a tent, and I advise you!

The beds are antique with a thin mattress, almost like lying on a piece of wood. The bathroom is also a maximum of 3 out of 5 (the ring on the toilet is not the right size, there is no curtain in the shower, the watering can hose is torn and the water runs in different directions). But there is a conder, the bed is clean. It will do for 1-2 nights.
