While I was waiting for the traffic police, I asked my relatives to find a service station where you can immediately take the car (I couldn't move on my own). They chose "BB". I called, a tow truck was promptly sent and delivered to the service station. They made a defect, explained all the nuances of the realities of modern times (and began the process of "restoration". At first, there was an idea to take over the purchase of spare parts in order to save money, but later I abandoned this idea and do not regret it for a minute. Andrey, the head of the service station, advised me at all stages of the repair, explained everything, kept me informed of the progress of the repair, regularly sending photos to Viber. I'll share my story. I believe that my review will be useful to those who repair cars for an insured event. Peugeot -307 car, 2006. The rear bumper, fender, trunk lid, taillight were damaged.
1. PROBLEMS. There are a lot of problems, or rather questions, for a person whose car was involved in an accident. Starting with the damage assessment and ending with the amount of loss coverage by the insurance company. And all these issues (problems) in my case were taken over by the BBC. Car evacuation, interaction with appraisers, selection and delivery of spare parts, etc. As a result, Dmitry and Andrey solved all these issues professionally.
2. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. I'll be brief here. Absolutely no complaints. Moreover, the workflow itself is photographed for you in stages and sent to your phone. Old body parts and spare parts after replacement are also presented to the customer.
3. DEADLINES. It largely depends on the bureaucratic procedures of the insurance company for payments. If there are available funds, the repair process can be completed faster.
4. THE COST OF THE WORK. In my case, I was more interested in the amount of coverage for repairs by the insurance company. Since my car has a significant degree of wear and tear. Accounting documents for plumbing and painting works, receipts for purchased spare parts were prepared flawlessly. Therefore, I was satisfied with the amount of payments. Especially considering that the insurance company has determined 85% of the wear on my car.
