Unfortunately, the LCD is currently having problems. First of all, the territory of the residential complex has turned into a driveway. Many drivers from Syganak, Dostyk, Tole bi streets enter the yard at a decent speed and maneuver between the blocks of the residential complex. It's not safe, especially for children, the elderly, and moms with strollers. Well, the fact that blocks D and E of our residential complex turned out to be in the immediate vicinity of the Four Seasons and Evolution mansions. Since 2017, things have been getting worse and worse. They were waiting for blocks D and H to be completed, construction work would be completed and ... Let's live for our pleasure. Alas and ah, it didn't work out.

Отличный жилой комплекс. Рядом ТЦ Хан- Шатыр, практически в 5-8 минутах ходьбы. Удобное расположение, все в шаговой доступности. Отличная инфраструктура. Лифты, холлы - все эстетично и функционально. Аппартаменты удобные и уютные. Имеется подземный паркинг, с выходом прямо из подъезда.

Это действительно шедевр архитектуры, как-будто заходишь в колпак, который еще и светится разными цветами. Внутри тоже не менее впечатляюще, плюс разнообразие магазинов, кафе и развлечений на любой вкус.
