There are dresses for women at the entrance, available for visiting. They say it helps women, they come there with their reproductive problems. I visited it exclusively from the point of view of architecture, so I can't explain about the power of spiritual healing.
The mosque is located within walking distance from top fish restaurants, so you can combine spiritual and carnal food.

We reached the mosque from the center of Baku by taxi, there and back can be done in 2-3 GEL. The observation deck is large, but the view is not very beautiful. Mainly port buildings and water transport. The mosque itself is not large and the complex is off to the side and also small. It is located right next to a road with a large flow of traffic. There is a cemetery on a hill opposite the mosque on the mountain. The mosque is very small inside. You can enter for free and take off your shoes. My advice is that if you are passing by a mosque, you should stop. If you need to plan as a point on the map to visit, then you can get upset (my personal opinion).
