It seems like a good store in terms of assortment, but the feeling that you are in the market does not leave for a second. As soon as you step over the threshold of the store with one foot, sellers immediately swoop in with a question about how to suggest something, but even after going inside, they just follow you on your heels, although it would be better at this time to ensure that there are price tags on the goods, which in 90% of cases are not there, if you want to ask for each pencil, pen, notebook, you want to guess...
There is a phone in the physical store, but no one answers the calls. Disgusting service. A phone call saves me time, but the seller, as you can see, is not interested in the expectations of customers.
They called to confirm the receipt of the order at the store in the afternoon. I politely asked to cancel due to the fact that I'm leaving for a plane and I don't have time to pick it up. Yes, the date of receipt in the store was indicated when placing the order, but the exact time was not. I expected to pick up at least until 15h. Unfortunately, they didn't have time to bring it. The manager was rude on the phone, saying that I didn't think in advance 🤷🏻♀️ 🤯
Accidentally running into the store, I came out with a full package of gifts for the New Year! The store employs amazing women who know absolutely everything about each product. Thank you very much, I am now your regular customer.
Very unpleasant managers work in the store at 93 Prytytsky Street. I was looking at the calendar for 2023. As soon as I took out my phone, they looked at me contemptuously and told me not to take pictures of anything. It turns out that this is forbidden. Although I was just searching the Internet for the inside of the calendar, since it was packed. It's strange that you can't just get a phone, I've never seen this anywhere. Somehow I wanted to leave right away. They followed him with the same contemptuous look. It's like I stole something. Don't set foot here anymore.
A gross violation of human rights! The employees decided that they were above the law of the country, forbidding them to take pictures of anything in the store. There are a lot of books around, let them read at their leisure and understand that printing them with a crossed-out camera is just a children's coloring book that has no legal force.

The store is great, the range and price are great, but the store staff negate all the good things. On August 16, I picked up the order, noticed a book in the window at the entrance and decided to take a look through it. Books standing nearby fell and one fell to the floor, to which the staff raised a hubbub that you need to pay for everything broken and you can't touch it with your hands. If the whole shelf falls down when you pick up one book, then I think the whole problem here is the layout that needs to be changed. If your showcase is not touched, then do not put a small sticker on the bottom shelf about it, but post a warning at eye level and so that it can be seen immediately.
The desire to purchase the book immediately disappeared, I still decided to pick up the order, but in the future I will choose other pick-up points for this.
I went into the store to ask if there was a book "Summer in a pioneer tie", in response there was a strange reaction from the store staff, they laughed literally, started fidgeting and offered to buy "Dunno". It was very strange. Probably neither my wife nor I will go there to buy books anymore. A strange reaction from people selling books.
