They called to confirm the receipt of the order at the store in the afternoon. I politely asked to cancel due to the fact that I'm leaving for a plane and I don't have time to pick it up. Yes, the date of receipt in the store was indicated when placing the order, but the exact time was not. I expected to pick up at least until 15h. Unfortunately, they didn't have time to bring it. The manager was rude on the phone, saying that I didn't think in advance 🤷🏻♀️ 🤯

Very unpleasant managers work in the store at 93 Prytytsky Street. I was looking at the calendar for 2023. A gross violation of human rights! The employees decided that they were above the law of the country, forbidding them to take pictures of anything in the store. There are a lot of books around, let them read at their leisure and understand that printing them with a crossed-out camera is just a children's coloring book that has no legal force.

The store is great, the range and price are great, but the store staff negate all the good things. On August 16, I picked up the order, noticed a book in the window at the entrance and decided to take a look through it. Books standing nearby fell and one fell to the floor, to which the staff raised a hubbub that you need to pay for everything broken and you can't touch it with your hands. If the whole shelf falls down when you pick up one book, then I think the whole problem here is the layout that needs to be changed. If your showcase is not touched, then do not put a small sticker on the bottom shelf about it, but post a warning at eye level and so that it can be seen immediately.
The desire to purchase the book immediately disappeared, I still decided to pick up the order, but in the future I will choose other pick-up points for this.
