I have always gone to this store to buy books for myself and my children, but after the last visit I will not come here anymore. Somewhere on August 22, I came to this store to get notebooks for school, they were not in place, and as usual, the polite seller advised me to come on 08/27 after lunch, so that everything I needed was for sure, especially the order of the products I needed. Actually, on 27.08, around 16-30, I came to the store to check the availability of notebooks. To which I was rudely answered - no, to the question when will they be? The answer was the following - how do I know what is here and when it will come. Pay attention to the seller that I'm not rude to her, which I advise her to do, explained that I was advised to come today, the answer struck me - 11 boxes of goods came to me, I should know what's in them....
Of course I shouldn't, but I could have answered differently. There is too little joy in life to listen to the dissatisfaction of the working staff.
I loved the store, but I won't come here anymore!
