It's an outrage! Transfer from Abkhazia 9 hours before departure? Are you serious?!Departure at 16:20, check-in from 14:00, and picked up from Sukhum at 7:00!!! We were at the airport at 11:00 a.m. Hungry, not getting enough sleep, nowhere to go... The day of vacation was spent in the crowd waiting for departure. Darkness! At the same time, no one will return the money and time I spent!
