Everything is good except government events

I don’t like their behavior b’cuz it is very noisy sometimes. They do some kinda parties there and it makes noise and everyone in there can loose their focus

It's beautiful and comfortable, but it's an inconvenient mode of operation. They work from 9 a.m., but I think most people need time from 6 or 7 a.m., if we're talking about students and applicants who are most likely at work from 9 a.m. Saturday is a short day, Sunday is a day off. They can be understood, but it is important to remember who it was open to.

The best library in Namangan or even in the Ferghana Valley. There are almost all books. Even those that I couldn't find on sale, I found there.
