A good library. There has been a major renovation recently. There are many different books available. The library may close 20 minutes before the scheduled closing time

I have been recorded in this library for a long time. But I haven't been in it for a long time. I do not know what this institution is like today. But about seven years ago, it was a typical Soviet-era library. With the difference that there were no portraits of our leaders. There was nothing exclusive about it. A small room with a reading room and shelving. In general, the institution is not remarkable for anything.
