I can't understand why such a large room in the city center was given over to a library. And then they say that there is no "walking" population in Svetlogorsk in the evenings. Yes, open a cafe or a bar there. People have nowhere to go. Move the library a little to the side, let's say in the living room courtyard or in the Gcc. That's all there is to it
