Excellent librarians. It's very nice that they meet nonresidents halfway and also give them the opportunity to read something) I really liked the organization of bookcrossing in front of the library, it was very beautiful and sincere. Unfortunately, the subscription range is not very good. All the books are fairly new, but the subject matter is quite the same. You can find something interesting, but it's not easy.
