Great hotel. Polite staff, funny animators. There was music and other entertainment all day long. A bar on the beach and by the pool. Beach towels are not provided. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The food is delicious, there is a lot of choice. There are shops and a pharmacy nearby. The staff resolves all issues immediately.
It takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea. The beach is very clean. Cola, fanta, juices, beer, wine, vodka. There are a lot of drinks.

I recommend visiting the Bione club SVS 4* hotel
I am coming to this hotel for the 3rd time. A solid four. I recommend it to everyone. The staff is cool and helpful (languages Turkish, English, Russian). Rooms with beautiful views of the mountains or the sea.
The food is varied and delicious, just like at home 😍
Animators will entertain your kids and adults too.
I recommend booking excursions from Alik (we found him on VKontakte "tours from Alik", he also has a transfer from the hotel to the airport and back ☺️

The rooms are also very dirty, the dust is thick, there are traces of all the guests under the beds for the season. The plumbing is all dying, and it's in a new building. The old furniture is rare - since the opening in 1991.
In general, the hotel is for very non-picky guests. You can rest if there are no other options.

We rested from 03.09 to 11.09. This vacation can be called acceptable. The food is normal, we have never been poisoned, the sea is also normal, sometimes there are big waves, the animation is good. But there are normal rooms, and there is an old fund. Since we arrived late, we were followed to Building B and it's a quiet horror. I wrote down to myself what I was not satisfied with and went to a meeting with the guide in the morning, I had coral travel, at the meeting I announced that the room was terrible and it was not like in the picture, we all went together to the reception and after 2 hours everything was changed for us.

We had a vacation in June 2024 with a friend.
We arrived at the hotel at 11:00, checked in immediately. The room is clean, with a view of the pool and a bit of the sea, cleaning is optional. In general, the desire from the first day was just to go somewhere , they made a request for a replacement hotel and offered about the same option and 500€ surcharge for 5 nights . We just returned from the hotel, the four of us came with friends, took two rooms with single beds.
The rooms were nice, with windows facing the mountain.
Simple, but clean.
Cleaning was daily.
The reviews say that the rooms are almost not cleaned - we have nothing to compare with, but no one touched our things (scattered), and the general cleanliness was restored - they washed the floor, made the bed and threw out obvious garbage.
From the very moment of check-in, you are greeted by the manager Marcus - a very pleasant, friendly person, will tell you about all the rules and immerse you in a full rest after the road.
If you are offered to go to the sauna with a massage, be sure to agree! It was really great!
Of the disadvantages (and that is possible for us), animations are monotonous and mainly aimed at children (we do not have them), cartoons in the evening, a children's disco, but adults are invited to go to the club separately for an additional fee.the fee.
It is very pleasant that despite the large flow of guests, who often change, the animators remember you by name, greet you, joke, chat.
If you do not use the Internet much outside the hotel, I do not advise you to take a SIM card either at the airport (for 70€) or at the bus stop when you go to the hotel (40€ for 25GB).
It is better to purchase Wi-Fi at the hotel (7 days - $ 14) and works throughout the territory, including the beach, you can also buy SIM cards even cheaper near the hotel.
There will be 1 beer, gin, vodka in the bar and alcoholic cocktails are also made, they seemed very weak to us, like lemonades, we always asked to add gin - we never refused. The staff of the entire hotel is friendly, there are some harmful ones, but no one will be rude to you.
We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the 2 pools were good, there is a slide, a lifeguard sits at the pool all the time and controls everything so that everything is calm and safe. It's the same on the beach.

On the refusal tour, without having time to read the reviews. But when I read it, I was upset, but the tour had already been bought.
Thanks to the reviews, we were ready for some nuances: we took beach towels with us, we mentally prepared for the road to the hotel, 3h 20min to the hotel and back flew unnoticed. We forgot to add a plaid, but we were given an additional one without any problems. a sheet at the reception (everyone speaks Russian there!). All the staff are polite, helpful and smiling, even the dish cleaners, who constantly make sure that there are no dirty dishes.
The room is not large, but clean, bright, with a view of the neighboring condo, but this did not spoil our rest either)
My husband managed to set up the water in the shower every other time, but I managed to do it without problems.
There was practically no cleaning (but we didn't do it either), only the garbage was taken out and maybe swept. To change the towels, you need to put them on the floor (it's written in the bathroom), apparently not everyone reads it.
When we checked in, there were 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator, then we filled them from the cooler without any problems.
We had plenty of food, but we don't eat meat. Breakfast from 7:30, lunch until 10, the sea bar opens at 11, lunch is already at 12:30, then they bake tortillas by the pool, cookies are brought at 16h, dinner at 19h. We became koloboks in a week)
We went for the sun and warmth, and not to look for disadvantages. Everything was fine with us. We had a great rest! We will come back here next year with a child.

We have been staying at this hotel in May and August for the last 8 years. We know the staff personally. We know the owners of the hotel personally. They are constantly on the territory. They look after order and cleanliness. There's a new chef this year, so he's doing wonders!!! I don't understand those people who write that there is nothing to eat. Yes, do you have at least a tenth of what is on the tables in the hotel at home?! If someone doesn't like the food or the assortment, go to the nearest Migros or JUICE. And check out the products. Maybe you'll start to appreciate it. And how much food do tourists not eat!? They will collect full plates of food and leave it untouched. Well, take a spoon, two. Try. If you liked it, go again.

I would like to thank all the employees of the Biano club svs hotel for the warm welcome and wonderful stay!
We had a rest in early August. Everything, from the very beginning, was set. We arrived late, but we were given a lovely room in building "A", with sea views, new furniture, spacious and bright. There were three of us: mother, daughter and mother's mother)) There is plenty of room!
We moved in late at night, and found the refrigerator not working. Kindly and politely informing the night porter about this - the next morning we had a new (replaced) refrigerator of large size!
At the end of the vacation, the air conditioner broke down: again, they informed the reception, a master was urgently sent, who completely replaced the candeia with a new one.
About food: 30-40 dishes for each meal. Breakfast: 25 dishes for different tastes. Here you will find 5 types of cheeses (including pickled, with chopped greens), and eggs, omelets, sausages, vegetables, salads, muesli, 10 types of jam, honey, balls for children, cereals, pies, fruits, coffee, delicious tea and much more. Complaining is not respecting yourself.
Less than an hour later, welcome to the beach, they start feeding again. And French fries, and various green salads, and some nuggets.
From drinking: drink to your health! Drinks, as one might assume, are purely hotel. There are 1,003 tenths of a degree in them. This is expected. Tip: take plenty of lunch with you from home.))
35-40 dishes. An abundance of stewed, baked, fried, stewed vegetables: zucchini, eggplant, stuffed peppers, broccoli cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, cucumbers. From meat: chicken and fish - always. Meatballs, cutlets - every other day. It's a sin to complain.
Fruits are a separate article: ALL THE TIME
- watermelons (sweet, juicy, red), melons, several varieties of apples and oranges.
Entertainment: not really.
The sea: super! 2 minutes walk from block "A" - and you are on the purest, blue sea, warm as milk. It's transparent like nowhere else. The approach is the best of the entire coast of Alanya. The passage is cut wide, better than in all other hotels. Well, the stove is there of natural origin, well, what can I do with it?! Only to chop. Cut down well, wide. The waves are moderate. Sail away behind the buoys and enjoy the clear and blue sea.
We cleaned our room exactly every day! Women are pleasant, conscientious. I left them tips (a dollar, two), so they even twisted figures out of towels. Not like in Egypt, of course, but nice.
The best hotel experience! Do not think (after reading the evil reviews) that this is my first time at the resort. There are more than 27 countries with different categories of hotels behind us. I have visited Nice, Monte Carlo, beautiful Asia, Israel and Egypt, and, of course, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
I can safely recommend this hotel (with accommodation in building A) to families and young couples, cheerful pensioners and single (free) girls.
And don't believe evil reviews about poor service or food. This is a blatant lie and a bad character says in "writers".

Just got off the plane. we had a rest from July 28, 2024 to August 5, 2024 and I'm already writing a review! Truthful, not bought! I'll write the pros first, but there aren't many of them. On the plus side: The sea is clean and literally 2 minutes directly from the hotel. There is a private beach, there are slabs, but there is a calm entrance without slabs with perfect pebbles. There is a bar on the beach, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. What's more, there are 2 swimming pools on the territory. There is a slide, deep and large pools. Perhaps this is the end of the advantages. Oh yes, the sun beds by the pool at 7 am are already occupied with towels. And these Russian compatriots don't even lie there all day, but the towels are hanging! Neither to myself nor to people, and it pisses me off!

We didn't expect anything super wow, we thought it was an ordinary foursome by the sea. This is Mahmultar. When we first arrived, everyone understood, we got into a territory where everyone just looks at you sideways. To begin with, Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby, and that's so-so. I bought it for 14 euros for 7 days, they promised that there would be fishing throughout the hotel, but.... The password must be entered every time you visit this Internet! It was wildly infuriating. The food Is MONOTONOUS AND TASTELESS! I'm just sorry, but these were some kind of garbage cans that were left over from lunch or breakfast - for dinner there was a "salad filled with mayonnaise." The ROOMS are a complete disappointment! PRGAS tourist promised a good room for 4 people when selling the tour, according to the pictures, we took the bait and it would be better not to spend money.
The hotel has 3 blocks. The pool is the newest and nicest, mostly foreigners live there, and everyone else is here. The elevator is just hellish. Just like in Soviet times. The room is also something of their 80s. I will attach photos that would not describe, Little One! There is no kettle, they DID NOT GIVE us water when we checked in! Although some were given, I asked at the reception, they said they would give and there was nothing. The maid is just a crazy Russian girl who takes tips and "cleans up" so that all the garbage is under the bed! Max takes out the garbage from the toilet and that's it! In 7 days, 1 cleaning was done and that, according to STRICT requirements from our side. Shampoo and soap do not lie, only if, again, you go down to the reception yourself and ask - they give! But the maid won't give you anything! Toilet paper also had to be begged at the reception. The "trick" of the hotel is that EVERYTHING turns off when leaving the room! Including air conditioning! That is, when you come to the room, you have a stupid SAUNA! The room is not chilled! The air conditioner turns on only when the key is on. And it cools down sooooo long! I just had to die from the heat in a cold shower!!! They tried to ask for a spare key so that it would always be there - they didn't even give it for money, they said that it was FORBIDDEN for safety reasons! The audibility in the hotel is like having neighbors in your room!In the hallway too. We were in block B. 304 number. In a word, to spend the night and that's it. The safe is paid, there is no Internet, as I said. Only for money.
What a bar. There is booze, beer, vodka, wine. Everything is local. It's tasteless, there's no degree, you can drink a lot, but I'm not a drinker - I didn't really care, I tried it and that's it.
Restaurant: This is hard labor! Everyone is ALWAYS hungry! It feels like once you've paid, you have to eat all the time while you have it! Queues for food! Like Anapa! This is some kind of trash just! And only Russians! They grab and grab. I saw how my aunt put apples in a nut! Well, what a collective farm. The food is monotonous, sometimes something tasteless was done on the grill. There is almost no meat, there is fish, there are some I don't know, bats.... But not meat. Burnt. Pancakes sometimes, scrambled eggs... Well, such a thing. You won't stay hungry for sure, but on day 4-5 you realize that you want to go stupidly to the rest across the street and eat something humanly delicious, and not soy sausage, cutlets or onion rings and potato sticks for burger king.
There are no irons, you CAN NOT iron! There are even signs in the rooms. But we took the iron and ironed it! I don't care anymore. There is a small shop on the territory with everything you need, the prices are space. There is even a Fur Coat and leather department. The seller runs after vacationers all day long and tries to sniff like a cigar. I just turned her down abruptly.
Animation: There is nothing really for children! from 21 to 22 pm watching cartoons by the pool and that's it, a water slide that runs according to a schedule 2 times a day. And there is a mini club for the youngest, but it's just like in the yard in the sandbox. Then animation for adults for 1 hour until 23.00. About nothing. It's either karaoke or a dumb competition. Yesterday was watermelon day, there were invited artists and drummers. But this is it, we left because it was not professional and boring.
The hotel has a subway to the beach, its own, its own. It closes at 19.30. Then just across the road to bypass! The rule is also stupid! at this time, people also want to go to the sea. But the locals come to swim there, but we went every evening.
The staff does not take money! You won't even change a better room for money, because they are NOT in this hotel! And no one will pour you better cocktails for a tip. And yes, in 7 days we had the bed changed for the 6th day, in the evening!!! It feels like it wouldn't change in front of other guests later, like it would do anyway. It's fresh!
In short, I still don't understand how this hotel got 4-star status! This is such a three-minus, I would say. There are no air conditioners on the floors, it's hot everywhere, it's hot in restaurants, it's hot in rooms... it's just that ANAPA is slightly improved.
Whoever we talk to there with tourists, everyone is shocked by the hotel! Especially foreigners who are completely alien to it! The man flew from London and got to the 90s in Russia. No, no, and no again! I don't understand who is writing positive reviews here.
Pegasus tourist just merged! We drove from the airport for 4 hours in a bus where the air conditioning was HOT! We were just going crazy! No complaints helped! Pegasus doesn't care! And there was silence on the claim to change the hotel! Of course, we closed our eyes, not proud, we still went on a hot ticket from Chelyabinsk for 240 thousand for 4 people. But, the sediment remained very bad. And those who write positive reviews either have not seen anything better, or the reviews are purchased! Think before you go there! We have been in the foursome a lot, and believe me, there is something to compare it with. This hotel is a top three with a minus. It will fix everything, the food is so good, the service is like in Anapa - it is not there.

Be prepared that your bed will be stolen
I went to this hotel with the mantra "don't get hung up on the bad", knowing full well that the hotel is 4* and not the level I'm used to.
I diligently did not concentrate on the objective shoals of this hotel for the first 3 days: do they not give beach towels? OK, I'll buy it. Don't they even refill the minibar with water? OK, I'll buy water and pour it from the cooler on the beach. Does Wi-Fi work anywhere except at the reception, where there are always crowds of people sitting on top of each other? OK, I'll buy a paid one. There is no closet in the room, but only a crossbar in the wall with three hangers? Well, it happens! On the beach, the entrance to the sea is cut down in the slab for 20 meters and in order to go for a swim, you need to shove a bunch of people who are huddled closer to the shore? Well, okay, I'll swim to the depths somehow. Is the food in the restaurant very poor? Well, I didn't come here to eat! Instead of blankets in the rooms, a waffle cape? Well, it's not winter, I won't freeze!
But what I was not ready for was that when I came to the room on the 3rd day, I would not find a bed. There were two tiny beds in my room, which were shifted when I checked in to get some kind of a large double bed. And so one of them, without my knowledge, without asking me and coming to my room in my absence, was simply taken away! They took it and took it away! Leaving me with one tiny bed, not even a bunk bed.
When I started to find out what the hell it all happened, they answered me at the reception: We have a lot of guests, we need a bed. We don't have beds, we took yours. I say, maybe you don't have any money? Didn't you take mine?
They refused to return the bed to me, and this was the point of no return.
I called the travel agent, the hotel guide and the guest relations service. During the conversation, it turned out that the room in which I lived did not correspond to the room category for which I paid. They stupidly put me in an attic room on the 7th floor without a closet, although I was supposed to live in a full-fledged room no higher than the 6th floor with a closet and a normal bed!

2. Food: be prepared to be content with little, no omelets, fried eggs and only cooked pancakes for breakfast. Boiled eggs with a factory stamp on the shell are all you can count on. Lunch and dinner - one type of meat (more often chicken) and fish (was not identified) a little bit of salads and vegetables. Side dish - pasta and rice. Sometimes stewed vegetables. Watermelons and melons are available, at least something. Queues at the restaurant are like a sausage in short supply! There are not enough places! As well as beds.
3. I liked everything! There is something to compare, in the summer in July I rested in Kemer, it was declared 4 *, but cockroaches, flies, no meat, fish.. there was sometimes a chicken and a fuck! Sour food..
Here, I was surprised! The buffet is wonderful, cakes, meat, lamb, chicken, fish, a large selection of vegetables, herbs, fruits!
I cooked in the open air:

The food is without frills, but there is nothing to do at breakfast, lunch and dinner with varying success. It tastes best at the snack bar on the beach from 11 to 16. Wi-Fi in the lobby, or paid, but also working every other time. From alcohol, beer, vodka, rum and crayfish. There were a lot of people in the hotel (the end of August), but not all the bars were open, some of the declared items were not available. Animation is about nothing, but we didn't need it. The sea and the beach are through an underground passage, there are no umbrellas, it is impossible to lie down during the day. The entrance to the sea is cut in stone, it is not easy to enter with waves.
We wouldn't have gone a second time, even on a burning one.

In general, the hotel is not bad, if you take into account the low cost. The pools are clean. The beach is clean, big, good, but 6 out of 7 days there was a red flag, the first day people were still afraid, they had already climbed into the storeroom, the lifeguard scored, but in general it is quite dangerous because of the entrance from the slab and boulders near the shore, for sure for children. There are a lot of sun beds, you need to bring your own towel. Since there are not many approaches along the coastline, and this (as the migrating Russians said the most successful) is a huge pandemonium in the area between the sun beds and the water, people coming, those who do not rent hotel beds (not very pleasant, everything is on the sand on towels with a bunch of things, Anapa). The food is the simplest, for breakfast mostly boiled eggs, there was an omelet twice, there was a thin rice porridge (add sugar + salt, and it's fine), for lunch one side dish was rice (mostly pasta once) and chicken (only she), dinner two side dishes rice + potatoes, from chicken meat and minced meat products (Turkish, specific), greens and vegetables are plentiful, Turkish cheeses of all kinds are soft too. Fruits -apples, oranges, a couple of times there was a watermelon. You won't stay hungry, but even I, as a lover of rice and chicken, howled by the middle of the vacation and attacked the meat upon arrival. The beer is good, but it is paid on the beach (water, soda and coffee in milipizric plastic cups on the beach), you can carry it from the pool bar in special large plastic cups. The white wine is not bad. The room is sooooo tired, the plumbing is in a raid, I think it just won't get off, instead of a blanket there is a waffle sheet (it hurts for a fresh red tan), the mattress is wooden, I put blankets from the closet under the sheets, more or less. Water is not brought to the room. The hammam is not bad. There are sooo few people in the hotel, the same pink building with rooms overlooking the sea was not inhabited at all, empty, the beach is also empty, respectively, but this is even a plus. I rested alone, no one bothered, everyone is very detached and friendly (they storm only the first 2-3 days to persuade you to a hammam and a course of massages, then they are not interested in you fortunately). Well, in general, it's already lunch, after the beach, pool, etc. I remembered about the replacement of the room only in the evening, I went to ask, the manager is no longer there)))) but the next day it was changed, with a view of the city. If I hadn't forgotten to remind myself, maybe it would have been faster.
Two pools, the one closer to the beach is bigger and warmer, the one with a slide is cooler. A bar with alcohol near the large pool, a dining room in the same place. The food is excellent, salads cannot be counted, two types of soup for lunch, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits, greens. The meat is mostly chicken. But it is always there. As they explained to us later on the tour, because of the price of meat. Additionally, there was a chicken shish kebab near the bar, there were also a liver with vegetables on an open fire and tortillas, this is in addition to the food in the dining room. In between breakfast and lunch on the beach, the bar prepares French fries, nuggets, cheese sticks, onion rings and drinks. It's the same between lunch and dinner. That is, it turns out, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus, in between, they cook on the beach and near an alcoholic bar. That is, no one will definitely stay hungry. The beach is sandy, closer to the entrance, a little pebbles, and then the natural slab is cut through, so that it would be convenient to go down. The turquoise sea is transparent, insanely salty and affectionately warm. There are ziplines on the beach, bananas, well, everything is as it should be. It's for a fee. Volleyball, basketball are free. The hotel has its own underground passage to the beach, it is a maximum of 15-20 meters no more. That is, you do not need to run along the road, you calmly go down in a swimsuit and go to the beach. The staff is good, not everyone really understands Russian, but if necessary, they turn on a translator and the issue is resolved. ) always smiling.) the Turkish bazaar takes place on Tuesdays and is located around the corner of the neighboring house, of course they do discounts, but the price tag is not small now) the guide will change dollars or rubles or any other currency to lira without any problems, and if there are extra lira left at the time of departure, it will change back to your currency. 4 stars is a lot for them. Especially for room 106, which is checked in at check-in late at night, when people no longer have the strength to swear and demand a normal room. As for the rooms, cleaning them, changing linen and towels - everything is very bad. They don't clean at all. If the garbage is thrown out, it's already good.
And as for nutrition, I can say that it is very good here. Everything is clear, on time - there are no complaints here.
The sea is nearby - across the street. You can go through the underpass. The stone entrance to the sea in Alanya is basically everywhere. Although there is one pebble nearby, if you walk a little to the right. But this already applies to the beach of another hotel.
The towels were not changed at all. But you can change them yourself if you manage to meet cleaners with trolleys with towels))) In general, self-service)))

In general, the hotel is not bad, but as for me, it does not reach 4 stars. The descent to the sea is disgusting. The quality of cleaning in the room: we came in a couple of times in 7 days. The room itself is very old and needs to be repaired. Among the advantages: delicious cuisine, rich buffet. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. But basically it's the same thing every day. Therefore, if you stay there for more than 7 days, you will get bored with the monotony. I also had to stand in queues to take the main course. Two good pools, in which I hardly swam, as the sun beds were occupied almost at night when I was sleeping. In the morning it was already impossible to occupy them.
