It's a fantastic place with tasty food, an incredible choice of coffee, and good staff. You get your order in a moment. It is perfect for breakfast and small breaks during the day. I like them.

A good place for a business lunch, meeting or working with a computer. There are tables with sofas, some quite secluded to talk to. The menu is varied: several types of soups, many salads and main dishes. I recommend roast beef salad to those who are not ready to order the second course additionally. My colleagues ordered tom yam, spaghetti with horse meat. They liked these dishes. Tea seemed to me to be the weakest item on the menu: both a small kettle, and poorly brewed, tasteless. The service is fast.

My favorite coffee shop in Astana, everything is very clean in the toilet, cream, soap and freshener from Zelinsky, the cuisine is delicious. The prices are certainly not cheap, but they are worth it.

- They charge 10% for the service, but the waiters don't rush to bring the menu until you pay attention to yourself.
- There is no choice to pay or not to tip and their amount, which always depends on the quality of service.
- The coffee was lukewarm, so I had to ask for it to be warmed up

The food became tastier when, at my request, the music was changed from jaded jinglebells to middle-class house (also doubtful, but much better than the new songs). A delicious cheeseburger, good coffee, not a sugary honey cake, and a nice cherry on the honey cake.

An atmospheric youth place. Prices are higher than the average in the city, but everything is very tasty and satisfying - so the kitchen is on the level.
But put time in reserve - the service could be better and faster. Just going in and having a quick breakfast won't work.

Coffee is brewed on tap water, hence the disgusting taste of coffee. In Astana, the water is terrible. The water from the filter is the same and smells like mud. The waiters are dissatisfied guys, well, they are happy at first when they meet you and then not anymore. In the absence of strong competition, the place is one of the best in Astana, despite all the shortcomings, but of course it is not Alma-Ata.

The administrator does not know how to work. We wanted to sit at an empty table for 4, but since there were 2 of us, we were refused and asked to sit at a small table, where it is very uncomfortable to sit. After my requests to move to the same empty table, the receptionist did not react in any way.
Later, our girls were supposed to come up, I told the administrator about it in the hope that they would still put us at this very table for 4, but in the end I got "Well, as your girls fit, then we will transfer you, but now you can't sit at that table.
Some kind of nonsense, the institution should be focused on guests, not on making money.
The whole impression was spoiled, and I was very upset about it, even though the kitchen here is good.
I hope it will be fixed the next time I come here.
