It's a very nice place! Polite staff, delicious food, pleasant atmosphere. As a great connoisseur of atmospheric places, I am pleasantly surprised to find a cool cafe in such a ruined city.
Five stars!
It used to be a nice place. As it is now, it is difficult to say, probably depends on the staff.
We ordered pizza by phone, came to pick it up in 30 minutes, to which they give us the wrong one that they ordered (the case when they did not hear it does not fit, "4 seasons" and "rustic" are not consonant, they cannot be accidentally confused). They ask you to wait another 10 minutes. We approach, politely ask if it is possible to pick up, to which the girl calmly explains, they say, for a couple of minutes, the pizza is in the oven. At the same moment, the young man utters the phrase "take it out, we give it raw, they can't wait." Indeed, waiting 40-50 minutes is not enough.
It is worth noting that this is the first time I have met such a situation in an institution, apparently, employees are either new or negligent about their work, but one such situation is enough to destroy trust and lose several customers.
So it all depends on the employees. Specifically, this employee discouraged all desire to come here (the pizza also came out of not very good quality and with a hair), which collectively influenced the opinion of the institution.
After all, this is a service sector where relationships are based on mutual respect and politeness.
I'm not saying that the place is bad, but I think it's necessary to highlight the situations that can happen here.
It was our first time in this institution, but only negative emotions remained. We ordered an order, there was no change, we didn't want to give the change until the last one! We also ordered pizza, shawarma and a burger. As for the pizza, I'll say that it's beautiful, but it doesn't justify its price, at the expense of the burger, the meat is bland, it feels like it's not fresh. Shawarma: underweight, has skins, and is completely cold. And the final stage was the fact that three people feel unsatisfactory.
