As an oil replacement center, there are no questions, I have been using the services for more than ten years, but yesterday I asked about replacing the steering rack (Passat V3), at first they said the price was 200 rubles, and as a result the price increased to 424 rubles. When I asked why, it turned out that the locksmith had never done such work, hence the conclusion why do you undertake such work that your locksmiths have never done???? I will NEVER go to these scammers again!!!! and I urge everyone to contact professionals and highly qualified specialists, and in no case to Big Oil service....

We changed the oil in the car today. There are a lot of employees, but there is no use. Everyone walks slowly, like captive workers. It turned out that only part of the oil was there. And they sent a courier for the rest, they said. We lost a lot of time, we weren't even warned about it. I told the receptionist that we wouldn't go there anymore, but he said, "Well, don't," they poured the wrong oil a year ago, they got it mixed up. I didn't like it, I don't recommend it.
