Great service, great guys. They helped out, they saved my bike. That's the story. My bike's front carriage is broken (where the pedals are attached). And it so happened that you can't just replace it with a new carriage of the same type. So the guys from the workshop picked up parts from another system, replaced my old, worn-out parts with new ones. I even got an upgrade involuntarily. Instead of one front star, it now costs 3! I received an upgrade of my bike at a low repair price! I am very pleased. In addition to bike maintenance, the guys are also engaged in the selection of a new bike. As soon as I decide to buy myself a good bike, I will immediately contact Bike-Direct!! I had an experience, I handed over my bike to another service in another area. They charged me almost twice as much money and did a lot of work with the body kit setup. The tails of the cables were cut off at the root and the gearshift was reconfigured, so now one gear cannot be switched on at all. They did it without asking. So now I know who to contact for service, there will be no more surprises. And I advise you all to go to the guys from Bike-Direct!
