I'm not ashamed of this formulation - the best rental I've ever been in. The price is excellent, the bikes are technically serviceable, which is rare for rental (my personal bike at home is not as well adjusted as here). It is clear that it is really important for the store that visitors enjoy rental bicycles. I apply every time I come to Brest!

I cannot remain indifferent to the store and its employees in general. The choice of bicycles and accessories is huge. The consultants are friendly and knowledgeable. We met, questioned, offered several options, picked up what I wanted. We set up the bike, and even the Consultant helped us load it into the car after the purchase. I do not advise if someone has to repair their bike in bikenroll, you will come with one problem, they will do another to you and claim that it is not their fault, their master clearly has hands out. He will make a lot of problems out of a simple task, for which he will have to pay extra for it, and change something again. It's a pity that the owners of bicycles do not see how they treat bicycles there while they are standing there for repairs, as soon as I saw something, I immediately felt like it, but I think everything will be fine in the end, I will definitely never apply here again, just a simple repair and so it's great, then you wonder, where did you get so many scratches and all sorts of problems that the bike didn't have before?

A year ago they bought me a bike there - after visiting all the shops, this is the best store for selection and service. Now we bought for our daughter, we went to all the shops again, and bought from them again (the seller even recognized us by asking what happened to the bike - it was nice). I have ridden spring, summer and autumn on my bike - I am very happy, excellent transport. And I would like to thank the employees of this institution separately, thank you for being good, attentive and responsible about your work. Especially against the background of other stores (someone starts to get smart, someone can't really tell you anything, someone just apparently doesn't want to work) - you are the best in Brest.

It's not a bad store. I borrowed a bike from them. There is an installment plan for a couple of months from the store itself. This is a plus for those who do not work officially. There is more or less a choice of bicycles. Employees, like everyone else in Brest, are not interested in sales. You come to them with money, and you buy only because there is no competition. If there were an identical store opposite with the same choice and smiling sellers, I would buy a bike there. But, unfortunately, there is no such thing(

Faced with the choice of a bicycle, we toured all bike shops. What can I say? This is the BEST bike shop in Brest.
Positive:
-convenient location with parking;
-excellent staff (especially nice girl);
-modern, eye-pleasing design (there is even a sofa to sit and occupy the children with puzzles - and in our case it was by the way);
-a wide range with different price categories of bicycles and the possibility of installments.
The sellers are all very friendly and attentive. They prompted everything, told us in detail the points of interest to us. As a result, they chose a bike for my son, and after a couple of weeks I returned to myself for a gift for others).
We did not find any disadvantages.

In general, the store is good, the range is wide, the interior is pleasant. But the prices are high compared to other bike shops. There are problems with repairs.
The bearing in the sleeve was changed. They promised in two days, but in fact everything lasted for two weeks with my reminders. As a result, I had to drive up three more times, because the nuts on the bushing were badly screwed and the wheel was loose.
In general, this is the last place I visit among similar ones

some of the masters there are crooked-armed. they changed the pads on the disc hydraulics for me. they fell out, I came back, put them on. then they didn't fix it again. but then we arrived at the edge of the city and set it up normally. as compensation, they "eliminated the backlash" in the steering column. He's already back. the prices for the body kit and bikes are pleasant. for repairs, too, but there is such a thing to remember.
