I had experience repairing a bike after a fall. My bike was repaired by master Dmitry.
Dmitry did everything quickly and efficiently: adjusted the operation of the transmission, brakes and also replaced the pedals.

Extremely inattentive and irresponsible guys, but simply amateurs. Moreover, the service is at the price of an airplane wing. For 22k, they could not make a bike, everything that was taken was left unfinished, and crookedly installed, or not tightened at all. You might as well ask a random guy in the yard to fix a bike, and he will do it cheaper and most likely better, because no one will do worse than these guys from the bike service in Almaty. They also gave West's bike away in dust and dirt, as if a bag of plaster had been disturbed next to it. I hope my review will help you so that you do not turn to this dump, believe me - you will be safer, it is simply not safe to contact these guys.
