We bought entrance and interior doors. The doors are not cheap. Faced with an unpleasant situation. One of the advantages is a large assortment and that's it.
The interior doors were brought, upon receipt they were examined on the street and did not immediately notice the marriage, they brought it home and the doors stood in packages for 12 days. When the installer arrived and already in good, bright lighting, they saw the marriage. The door was not installed. There were several scratches, one deep, the second one was covered with paint.
12 days have passed since receipt, according to the law "on consumer protection", we know that it is possible to replace an inferior door that has not been used and the packaging has been preserved for 14 days.According to the law, the seller (firm) does not have the right to reduce the period. To which the sales consultant from the door store said that if we had applied within 2 days, we would have had the door replaced. But more than 7 days have passed and the director refused, because this is a mechanical damage. I.e., I made the examination with the eyes of the director.
They also did not deliver the goods, we had to urgently go to the store for them because they installed the doors in the apartment, with indignation that this could not be, they personally shipped the car, the sellers went to look for the warehouse, it's good that they found it. But we had to spend our time and the time of the people who installed the doors for us.
When the front door was installed, the sales consultant gave the installer's number, he arrived and installed it poorly. I damaged the handle and did not fix the panel on the outside of the frame.
Such a big company, recently opened and such a bad attitude towards customers. I could write a complaint, apply to consumer protection, write them a letter and the showdown would begin. But I didn't want to tear my nerves. Everything will come back.

I strongly do not recommend it.

On Wednesday, I dial myself, and, as I understood from the conversation, their manager answers. I explain the situation, but she allegedly does not know about all this. And also, they hit me, as if it wasn't their responsibility, a new person works here and I myself have to call and ask if they have re-ordered these goods and what the surcharge should be. How do you work with each other there? One says one thing, the other says another.
2 weeks pass and silence… Did the Dobors arrive there or not? I call and again a conversation begins between them that they don't know about anything. They called back an hour later and, thank God, they found the good ones.
And the fact that they were installed a month later is another story. And in all that time, no one has ever apologized.
In general, if you want to be nervous, then you are here.
Guys, customer orientation is not your strong suit, I will not come back to you behind the interior doors. Yes, and please, you say, but if I were the director, I would work on taking more loyal sellers and managers, and not people who sit around and lose your money.
