The Novosel discount system, which existed until 2024, was an excellent incentive to visit the BUILD, but now it remains only to attract customers with a wide range.
Personally, after the cancellation of the Novosel card, I reduced the number of BUILd visits by at least half.

One of the largest in the city, and at the same time the worst hypermarkets in the country! And that's why:
1. A rare consultation is adequate, and I am generally silent about the professionalism of the staff. Consultants only send you to look for other sellers in the department you need, and calling is not an option at all. Despite the fact that there may not be a consultant there for an hour... Product knowledge - 0.0 at 9/10.
2. The price tags do not understand where they come from, and why they hang. There is no logic in the placement of goods, there is a lot of mess on the windows.
3. Prices are far from the lowest in the city.
4. On their birthday (about a week ago), people were fooled by the sea: in the evening, they carried out a superficial reassessment of almost everything (increased the price tags by about one and a half times), removed an inexpensive product that people would actually come for, in order to sell more expensive goods under the guise of a 14% discount. The price tags were not changed everywhere, so there were many conflict situations when calculating at the checkout: people saw the price tags, carried the goods to the checkout, and there it was 50/50: someone resigned himself to a price disproportionate to the quality, someone simply refused to buy, and left, and someone did not notice the total mass of purchases at all. For example, I noticed that a very specific price tag was pasted on the product, but at the checkout it turned out that the real price tag was almost 70% more expensive. The information center checked the cost of the goods, confirmed the high cost of the goods, and !!! WE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP... Note to them: according to the Law on Consumer Protection, they are obliged to sell the product at the lowest price tag! But I'm sure they know this perfectly well, but they have a different mindset about this from the management... In order not to be unfounded, there is, of course, a photo of the product with a price tag and a receipt. But I was with a child, and I really didn't want to swear, so we won't go to this store anymore, even though we have a 5% card
