But when the toilet was installed at home, it turned out to be leaking because it was cracked. Let's go change the one that was offered to us, it also turned out to be cracked. I had to pay extra and choose another one. To my question: "Why are you selling marriage? Don't do evil to people." The answer came: "What should we do? Where should we put them? "I'm in shock... We bought an entrance door in February 2023, not cheap, with supposedly Italian high-quality locks, etc. The sellers said when buying that if there was any problem with the door, then immediately call them and they will fix everything, because the warranty is 1 year.
In August 2023, the lock began to jam, the key does not turn when opening, we stand in the entrance for five minutes to enter the apartment in attempts to open the lock. We came to the sellers to find out when they can fix the problem. To which we were told that locks are not included in the warranty, but only the door itself. It's a shame that such an attitude and quality. And of course, this department is not remembered in kind words when you stand in the entrance with heavy bags and a dog and try to get home for five minutes.
For those who are going to buy from them: we took the front door of the Boston Tsargo. Think before you buy from them.
