The attitude of the store staff is no! No one cares about you at all. Consultants do not own any product characteristics, especially tiles. They sell tiles that have 4 tones! Under the same name and in the same pile without saying a word about it. In the warehouse, they immediately started shipping the wrong thing at all, and as soon as they said that this was not the right tile with a dissatisfied face, they carried it back and brought the right one, but even here everything is not so simple, when we brought the tile, we realized that we had tiles of different tones (and so it will do). We were allowed to exchange tiles, but we did it OURSELVES in the store under the supervision of a consultant with a dissatisfied face! In one word, horror!!!

The store took it under warranty and recognized that the case was not guaranteed. We had to repair it ourselves.
If you buy any equipment in this store, keep in mind that everyone is taken somewhere near Minsk to a service center. I will not buy more in this store

But the workers are just terrible!

The micro particles of the pile are absorbed into the base of the wall, so we had to look for a replacement in order to fix everything. This only applies to this product. Everything else that was bought in this store at the moment is 10+.
