Удобные подъезды, большая стоянка, есть доставка, большой ассортимент, есть место для упаковки товара, удобные исправные корзины и тележки, чистый туалет. Цены различные: есть и завышенные в среднем по рынку, есть что - то дешевле( как и везде). Есть скидочная система, проводятся акции.
Из минусов : бывают заставленные проходы- с тележкой можно и не проехать, если что то покупать лучше знать среднюю цену товара на рынке, что бы не опростоволоситься.

Похабное отношение к клиентам. При покупке люстры уверяли, что в случае, если разобьется плафон-его можно будет заменить.(консультант, когда снимала люстру сама разбила плафон и сняла с другой люстры) В итоге один плафон разбился уже дома и при обращении в магазин заменить его отказали. Сказали, что перезвонят, но так и не сделали этого. До покупки обещают всё, что угодно, а на деле ничего сделать не могут.
